In a green setting, the apartment 'Ecrin Secret' is located in a Hausmannian building at the end of a secure private and quiet street, ideally located close to the metro (30m).

Completely renovated, the apartment is located on the first floor in a beautiful building. Chic and modern, you will enjoy the loft atmosphere, the space, the high ceilings with exposed beams, as well as its brightness with its many windows.
Children will love sleeping in the cozy alcove of the mezzanine looking at Paris sky from the roof window, on a confortable double bed (140 cm wide).

You will appreciate its great comfort and its high-end and modern equipment (Internet, free Wifi, iPOD / iPhone station, TV with international channels, DVD, rain shower ..).
The apartment had got an entrance with a cloakroom, going to a large living room with high ceiling, exposed beams and equipped with a comfortable leather sofa bed (140cm wide), a large screen TV with all international channels, DVD / CD player , video games.
The kitchen is opened on the living room. It has a large high table that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is fully equipped with induction hob, automatic hood, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, micro wave, oven ...). Tea and coffee will be available upon arrival.
The bedroom is equipped with large queen bed (160cm wide) with hotel quality mattress, a nice dressing room and a corner office with Internet, Wifi connection, and accessible USB plugs to easily recharge computer, tablet, camera ...
The luxurious bathroom is connected with the bedroom and is equipped with a rain shower on the ceiling and a hand shower head.
The toilets are separated and equipped with a washbasin.
The apartment is also equipped with a washer-dryer.

Everything is there to welcome you in the greatest comfort and offer you moments of serenity to the smallest details for an unforgettable stay.

We loved this apartment! The location was perfect, quiet but with the metro less than a block away and everything you need right out your door. We loved this VRBO! It was clean and perfect for 4 people. The location was 10/10. We mostly walked everywhere we went. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris. The host was also very easy to reach and responded quickly!

Best VRBO in Paris!Spacious, private, clean, and located in a safe area. This place truly has it all. It’s also centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring Paris. Given the high cost of hotels in the city, why wouldn’t you consider staying here?Even though it was just my wife and me, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The A/C works great (though we didn’t really need it during our stay). Since this was week two of our two-week trip in Europe, having a washer/dryer was a lifesaver. It allowed us to pack half as many clothes as we otherwise would have.The Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the apartment is literally steps away from the Metro. We never needed more than one transfer to reach any destination. On the day the Paris Metro workers went on strike (apparently a fairly common occurrence), we were still within walking distance, just a mile or two, of all the major attractions.Within a block or two, you’ll find excellent local restaurants, bakeries, fruit stands, and grocery stores. Communication with the owners was excellent as well. Arnaud personally met us at check-in, explained how all the appliances, TV, and internet worked, and answered every question we had.Staying in this private residential community made us feel like true Parisians rather than tourists in a hotel. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay here! Apartment was clean and in a quiet neighborhood but close to metro and train station. Communication with the host was first class throughout, clear check-in and check-out instructions. Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great Home Base

This was a great home base for our stay in Paris. As 2 adults with 2 teen boys, having 3 beds was useful. The air conditioning made our stay during some very hot days comfortable. The location was pleasantly quiet, yet close to several metro stations and easily walkable to Palais Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Moulin Rouge. Communication with the host was excellent. Just be careful on the steps to the apartment which are unlit. I twisted my ankle coming down one morning in the dark after I ran back in to grab something.

Our Paris Trip was fantastic and usually there is something that doesn't work out. So let's begin with the location of this VRBO which is nestled in the crossroads between a metro, just two minutes away from the house alongside a a number of delectable restaurants and grocery stores, just right around the corner. This location was tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood that also had a gate for safety. Check-in and checkout were simple and fast and the house had several print outs explaining house rules, best restaurants, and important things you should know, and even some travel books, grocery bags, and umbrellas, should you need them. We really liked the clean and spacious house, and it was easy to cook, especially with all the extras they had in the cupboard likes plates, cups, utensils, and extras likes sugar, spices, etc. Check out was just as easy. Overall communication from our initial interest in the VRBO rental as well as some ongoing questions were always answered in a timely fashion. We definitely will come back again and enjoy the a little piece of Paris with this comfortable and stylish house that is very close to all the main attractions, monuments, and restaurants.

Perfect property for a family visit to Paris. Quiet, Charming, Excellent Location

We loved staying here. It was charming, unique and clean. The location was outstanding. The side street is is on is extremely quiet, yet after walking 2 minutes you are in the hustle and bustle of the city and right at the Liege metro stop.Being able to do laundry on our week stay in Paris was great as well.We enjoyed the Nespresso machine, the modern kitchen and the bedding was great.Would completely recommend for a family stay in Paris.

We couldn't have asked for more. The location was excellent. You could walk to nearly all major sites with very easy access to the metro. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. Beds were comfy. The check in process was seamless. Check out was easy.

Fun week in Paris

We had a great time staying at this apartment in Paris. Walking distance to many bakery’s, shops and train stations. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer combo in the unit and all of the needed utensils/dishware four nights in. Communication with host was great and she was very responsive to any need. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect place to ring in the new year!

We absolutely loved our stay in Paris. It's our third trip to Paris and our first time staying in a flat instead of a hotel - it was the best decision we could have made. The apartment is exactly as pictured with every detail thought of for an ideal stay. It was warm on the cold winter days, clean and well-stocked. The check-in process was beyond accommodating for our late arrival, and the communication easy. We loved the quiet, safe street and walked to many places across the city from the apartment. Highly recommend this place for your next Parisian get away!

Highly recommend!

We would stay there again ! Well stocked with amenities and cookware. Washer dryer was hard to understand. Heating was fantastic. Location is amazing. Cafes and bars everywhere. Nice place and it is very well kept. You can walk to Moulin Rouge in 10 minutes.
