APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION
The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 guests distributed as follows:

- Bedroom 1: Double bed and ensuite full bathroom (bathtub + sink + wc chamber)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed and ensuite bathroom (shower + sink) + (a separate wc chamber next to the apartment entrance)
- Bedroom 3: Double bed + Double bed and ensuite full bathroom

Our apartment is ideally located, surrounded by quaint boutiques, gourmet restaurants, lively cafés and superb monuments. You can explore the cobbled streets of the Marais, visit the Louvre, stroll along the Seine or enjoy the many theaters and cultural attractions nearby. The apartment's location means you'll be able to get around France's capital quickly and easily, thanks to its many public transport options:

- Metro: Sentier (line 3), a 6-minute walk away
- Metro: Réaumur - Sébastopol (lines 3 and 4), a 2-minute walk away
- Metro: Strasbourg - Saint Denis (lines 4, 8 and 9), a 4-minute walk away
- Numerous day & night BUS lines
- Vélib station
- Autolib station

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***

- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.

- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.6 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.

- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)

*** HOUSE RULES ***

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
