Wonderful experience and stay here, the place was spotless and the managers were very easily reached. Some reviews mention the restaurant smells, honestly it smelled delicious and only noticed it when we were in the hall. 11/10 would stay again.

Air-conditioned apartment in Le Marais!

My wife and I were very happy with this property where we stayed for three weeks. We loved the busy Marais neighborhood with all sorts of restaurants, cafes, and shopping close by. Although the apartment was somewhat small, it was well cared for, and we were able to easily accommodate our daughter and her husband, who stayed with us for four days. The air conditioning was more than adequate to handle the few summer days where temperatures were at or close to 37 C. The apartment was quiet, has excellent wifi (my wife worked remotely there), and is very close to a Metro stop and the Pompidou museum (but closed for renovations when we were there).

Great place in great neighborhood

Wonderful location, wonderful apartment, wonderful host!Nadia went out of her way to help us check in after problems with texting on my phone. She got it straightened out and then texted us restaurants, shops and places to see in the neighborhood. She also told us about an app that was a godsend for using public transportation. The only downside was a smell in the bathroom (they said caused by old pipes )- other people had mentioned this also. All and all it was a great place to stay and a wonderful vacation.

It’s a neat little apartment with everything you could want in a convenient location in the city center. Great host team that’s communicative and responsive. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tray you put detergent in in the washing machine was a little gross—had what looked like mold growing in there. But it was a minor point and did not detract from the overall experience. Would consider staying here again.

We were delighted with the property, it was exactly what we needed for 5 nights in Paris! More space than we had in a hotel room last time, comfortable, very clean, cute & in a terrific location! We walked easily to Notre Dame & the Louvre among other places. The host was super helpful with my questions, responsive & terrific meeting us & showing us around. We had all that we needed with the nice kitchen & supplies provided. I loved all the guidebooks & binder with tips for travelling in Paris. Thank you so much Cobblestone team!

We loved our stay in Paris at the Le Merlot du Marais - Pompidou. The check in process was excellent. We met with Nadia at a café near the apartment, she went over all the details, provided travel tips, recommendations, and was just very pleasant and welcoming. We had a bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for us. Perfect after a long trip.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Just as described online.Highly recommend the location, apartment and customer service. Already looking forward to our next stay when we travel back to Paris.

Perfection!

We loved our stay. Clean, quiet, very responsive host and in a great location. We walked to all the major attractions and had our pick of metro lines in close proximity when our feet were tired. The unit had everything we needed for a family of 4. We would stay here again!

Great location, close to the metro and lots of food and shopping. Communication with property manager was responsive and our stay had no unexpected issues. Note that the unit is up two flights of (narrow) stairs and the unit is not air conditioned.

Great location in Marais

I really enjoyed my stay here! It is super convenient to the metro and lots of shops/restaurants/grocery stores. I had a couple of issues with a smell under the bathroom sink and the couch cushions, which Jennifer offered to fix right away. The space is bigger than I expected and the information booklet they provided is worth a thorough read for lots of helpful hints on getting around the city and places to go. I definitely recommend!

Amazing Property in a great location!

We were so impressed with the level of service leading up to our stay, the attention to detail we received in pre-arrival communications and the onsite staff while we were in Paris. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and in a great area of Paris. We loved everything about it and will stay there again for any future travel. This is definitely one to choose if you are looking for a great apartment in Paris!

Lovely apartment in Le Marais

This is a lovely apartment in Le Marais. Just a stone's throw from Le Centre Pompidou and close to so many great restaurants, groceries, shops, etc. An easy walk to Hotel de Ville or a stroll along the Seine. Everything is updated and modern with a comfortable American double bed, so cozy, but a bit small if you're used to American Queen bed or larger. On the third (American) floor of secure building with no elevator. Convenient washer/dryer combo, but takes some time to do laundry, if you're in a hurry a laundromat is less than a 5 minute walk away. Great for couples, but could feel cramped for more than two people. Nice bottle of wine, fresh flowers, and chocolate were a great welcome gift. Be sure to visit Huré Boulangerie on Rue Rambuteau for the best croissants and other baked goodies in Paris!
