Welcome home! Our recently renovated and colorful 3 bedroom / 2 bathrooms flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in between Le Marais - Les Halles, right by the heart of the French capital!

Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday spot for your family holidays in Paris.

The Space:
Welcome to our new property! Historic and bright apartment next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.

The apartment has been under another owners management, as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay!

This 80m2 apartment features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table ideal for a family gathering and opened to a well-equipped and very modern kitchen. The rooms have been thoughtfully designed with colorful touches, and nice decoration.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed
- Living room: Double sofa bed

Some special features:

- The apartment is accessed via a very nice and quiet street, it faces an interior courtyard and all rooms are very quiet!
- The bedroom closer to the living room can be closed thanks to a sliding door.
- It is located on a 3rd floor and the building has elevator.
- Cozy living room with an open layout to a well equipped kitchen
- The living room counts with a portable AC unit that helps to cool down the entire place and electric heaters for winter.
- Washer and Dryier available inside the apartment.
- 2 bathrooms chambers (shower + bidet) and (bathtub + toilet)
- Laptop friendly workspace by the living room, plenty of natural light, ideal for working remotely!
- Fresh linens and bath towels will be provided.
- Paid parking off premises - walking distance from the apartment.
- Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay

La Sainte-Chapelle:

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***

- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.

- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.60 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.

- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)

*** HOUSE RULES ***

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely quiet apartment on the 3rd floor (FR) overlooking a small quiet courtyard on a very small, quiet street. Yet just a short block or two from the Marais on one side and Les Halles on the other. Host was extremely friendly and responsive. Very comfortable and pleasant. Would definitely consider a return stay.

convenient location

Check in was easy. Check-in person kept telling us that this is how Paris apartments are. Well, I’ve stayed in 2 others which were very nice. Problem was that we specifically wanted 2 toilets which is what listing showed but one was actually a bidet. We were told not to use much hot water since water heater takes 24 hours to refill. I don’t know why apartment doesn’t have a tankless water heater to deal with this problem. It is nice that there is an elevator. Place could have been cleaner. Why they didn’t leave any hand soap or dish soap is surprising. Doesn’t cost much but makes first day much easier. Beware, there is graffiti on buildings but area seemed to be safe enough.

This property surprised me that it had been rated so high. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags while the apartment was still being cleaned - this was very much appreciated. However, I could not get over a smell the apartment had - in fact it is the whole building. It is an older building - but even with the scented oil throughout the apt. it never went away - so it was too strong for me to even want to cook. We booked very quickly and it was a good apartment - walkable to most places in the city.

Excellent Location

My family, friends and I had the opportunity to stay at this property during the Olympics. Excellent location and easy access to train. Plenty of eateries, shopping and grocery stores. Quaint cafes and shops. The minor issues with the hot water and live tv were fixed by Bal. He was attentive. I only have it 4 stars overall because, we were unable to watch the Olympics when we got there but it was fixed. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic flat in a fantastic location!

A group of 5 friends stayed here for a few days during the Olympics and we could not have asked for a better stay! Easy check-in and communication with our host, amazing central location providing easy access to all Paris has to offer, as well as boulangeries, cafes, and shops all within steps of the flat. All was as advertised and extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. All of us would absolutely stay here again.

Live like a Parisian

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment which was nicely decorated as shown in the pictures, clean and near shops, markets, restaurants, a local Boulangerie and train lines to get to various parts of Paris. We could imagine that it would be really nice to live in this apartment and in this area. After we arrived the host also quickly responded to any concerns, example a shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken and fixed within hours. A very nice apartment for someone to stay in and live like a Parisian for a while. Thank you.

Wonderful stay!
