Featuring a balcony and a lovely unobstructed view, the apartment comprises:

- a dining area opening onto the balcony,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower,

The property is located in a leafy residential complex on a very quiet street. There is no private parking available.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.
