- You can drop off your belongings in the apartment from 11:15 AM, before check-in
- You can bring a pet — but it must be added as a guest before booking

- There is a travel cot for children up to 3 years old
- For a same-day arrival (meaning you booked the apartment on the day of your arrival) or the day before, the apartment may be cleaned at 7 PM instead of the usual 2 PM
