Large and Recently Renovated 2BR in Oberkampf

This large apartment of 132 square meters is on the second level ( third level american ) of a XIX century building with elevator in the Oberkampf district.
It consists of a large living room with couches and dining area, TV lounge, one bedroom with a king bed which can easily be transformed into twins and a walk in closet, a second bedroom with queen which can easily be transformed into twins, a separate toilet , a large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub , separate washer and dryer and a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. The whole apartment has high ceiling in all rooms , fiber wifi, cable TV and a balcony on the living room side.
Oberkampf is a most desirable district. 5 metro lines at walking distance. a farmers market on Tuesdays and Fridays morning and a pedestrian commercial street with plenty of bakers, bistrots , markets, cheese , liquor stores etc...
The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just everywhere in Paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.

We loved this apartment! It was very comfortable and very well equipped. I do think that it would be helpful for them to have luggage racks in the bedrooms

Such an amazing cute place we loved it, we will definitely be back, when we got there Olivier was there to greet us and show us the whole place and how to work everything! It was so warm and eclectic yet modern. The neighborhood was safe with tons of food and shops all around 20 stars out of 10! Exactly like the pictures and spotless! Métro across the street!

We stayed for a week and loved the space. Lovely bakeries, groceries a short walk away. Comfortable beds and living space. Always a pleasure to return to after a long day of exploring.

My daughter and I had the most amazing stay here. The property is large, open and airy. You have the entire floor and the apartment is well spread out. We loved the neighborhood, very little tourist and so much to do. Super close to the Oberkampf Metro, less then two blocks, that gets you everywhere. The neighborhood had a fantastic choice of high end and casual restaurants plus numerous cafes, cocktail bars and craft beer places. Finally a big shout out to Olivier who checked us in, gave us great advice and was a life saver when we lost a valuable item. Highly recommend this place!

Beautifully appointed apartment, light, airy, comfortable. All amenities one could need. It was a pleasure to return here at the end of a day of sightseeing. The location is convenient to metro stops with easy walking to sites and the center of city. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. This apartment was a huge part of our very enjoyable time in Paris.
