Très bel appartement. Tout confort. Très bien situé.

Outstanding!

We stay in VRBO properties all over. This one was one of, if not the, best! Absolutely beautiful apartment located in a very upscale neighborhood with good restaurants, a Monoprix a few steps away, taxi stand and Metro also very close. The his will be our new Paris “home” when in town.

September in Paris

The apartment was as described and is in a pleasant suburb of Paris. We were disappointed that items such as toilet rolls, waste disposal bags were limited to only one of each being available and information regarding attractions and services were not available.at all.

Exactly what we were looking for

We were visiting here after a week elsewhere and it was exactly what we were looking for....close to everything, spacious and affordable. My only (and small gripe) was that the listing showed washer and dryer. it was washer only with clothes hanging to dry. NOT a big deal, but laundry on a vacation is annoying enough. Would recommend to anyone!

Lovely apartment but some defects

My wife and I reserved this property and resided there for the month of October and a 4-night extension when our flight home wasn cancelled. First of all, the apartment was a lovely turn of the (last) century Haussman style building. We loved the wood floors, the tall French windows with small balcony, and the top location near the Opera an Place Madelenne. However, there were a few problems. There was NO heat available and many of the evenings were chilly. We were told by the French Conceirge (agent for vrbo) that "the heat is controlled by the building" but we were not told we would get no heat at all. Secondly, the TV system was supposed to provide full service to both streaming and cable service. All we were able to get was Netflix. There was NO service available to any other channels. Third, some of the lights were not working. Fourth, the listing said there was a washer and dryer, and when we got there we saw there was NO dryer and mentioned this to the agent's employee. All she could say was "no that is wrong, there is no dryer". As a result we had to choose between lugging wet clothes to a laundromat or hanging them on a rack in a back room of the apartment. Fourth, there was a broken panel on the bathroom sink. Fifth, and worst of all, the bathroom shower had MOLD on the bottom, which could have been a health hazard. The only good thing done by the management was to grant us a lease extension so we would not be homeless at the beginning of November (we of course paid the going rate for the extra time). We will have fond memories of this apartment for its historic feel and appearance and its location, but the management needs to be aware and correct these problems.

Elegant!

A beautiful apartment in a beautifully maintained classic building. Near metro and buses. Everything you need provided. Big windows so lots of light but also warm in December. We LOVED it!

Paris St. Augustin

Overall expectations were mirrored by experience. The street was noisy. Location in Paris is excellent for transportation. We needed to provide somethings that we expected to be provided. Overall we had a great week.

Posizione ok anche se strada rumorosa. Pulizia media, si può fare meglio ma sufficiente. Materassi e divano letto comodi. Supermercato vicino. Monopattini e bici vicini. Bella vacanza!

Good location for walking to main tourist sites

Flat is accurately represented by photos. Location was central so could walk to main tourist sites (but still a lot of walking required). Metro close as well. Loved the beautiful high ceilings and old wooden floor. As noted by other guests, the street outside is busy so there is a lot of traffic noise when windows open. Host provides fans so used fans to cool flat when windows closed. Two grocery stores near by. Thank you. We had a good stay.

L'appartamento è in un edificio storico, ed è tenuto piuttosto bene. Avere due stanze a Parigi è raro ed è stato molto utile con due bambini. Il divano letto è molto ampio e comodo. Come note meno positive segnalo i blackout di elettricità quando si accendono due piastre della cucina contemporaneamente e il fatto che non era disponibile un seggiolone per mia figlia piccola.
