Near Trocadero

Nicely located near Eiffel Tower. Convenient to Metro and buses. Apartment itself was bigger than I imagined on first floor.

I want to stay here every year

This November was the second time at the apartment and I love it. Great communication with the management, it's clean, has everything you need for cooking and cleaning, and is in a very safe neighborhood close to all transportation. I can't wait to return next year.

Great place, super location.

Great apartment for anyone visiting paris. Location, check in were awesome. Ben did a fantastic job. But, it could have been cleaner at check in. The coffee maker had been used and there was hair in the barhtub.

Every year just gets better

This is my third year staying at the property. It has been freshened up since my last visit and is still as perfect as ever. The neighborhood is safe, transportation is nearby, the MonoP' is within 2 minutes, the boulangerie is about a minute away and the Tour Eiffel is at the end of the street. The management is very respectful and easy to communicate with. I can't wait to come back next year.

Un séjour inoubliable!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Benjamin sur la rue Magdebourg. L’appartement est génial et hyper bien situé à 5 min d’un épicerie et d’une magnifique boulangerie sans oubliEr la chaîne de met surgelé Picard qui est à 20 min de marche ! De plus, l’appartement est à 10 min de marche de Trocadéro et 15 min de la Tour Eiffel! Le station de Métro Trocadéro est aussi à 6-7 min de marche ! Même la station de Taxi G7 est à quelle pas! L’appartement est complet, nous étions 4 personnes ( 2 ados et deux adultes) nous n’avons manqué de rien ! La cuisine est complète et ultra pratique pour cuisiner! Encore une fois je recommande!! Bon séjour!

Apartamento equipado, faltou só um ventilador, pois estava muito calor e a janela do quarto não abria. A localização é excelente.

The location of this property is amazing. 2 minutes from the Trocadero and plenty of shops and restaurants near. Easy metro access and felt safe staying there

Très belle localisation

Emplacement +++ Propreté ++ (couettes et fauteuils avec des traces) Équipement +++ Logement spacieux Points plus négatifs: un radiateur en panne, un seul spot de lumière qui fonctionne sur les 3 de la salle de bain, plusieurs prises électriques dénudées, impossible de faire fonctionner la télé.

Kleine perfekt für Ausflüge gelegene Wohnung.

Sehr freundliche Kommunikation, wünschen werden alles soweit möglich erfüllt. Einziger Nachteil ist die Parkplatzsituation in Paris. Da aber diese Wohnung perfekt liegt ist eine Anreise ohne Auto zu empfehlen.

AGREABLE SEJOUR

Tout le nécessaire et même le superflu(ustensiles de cuisine par exemple)sont là; pas de bruit ;déco de goût et harmonieuse ;précision de la personne qui accueille ;j'ai fait le réveillon de noël sur place avec entre autres biche sauce grand veneur maison et il y avait tout ce qu'il faut... Métro pas loin et petits commerces

I couldn't believe my luck

This apartment is perfect. The living room is exactly as large as in the photos. The bathroom has a large sink and counter and a huge and CLEAN tub. The kitchen has two ovens and a microwave. It has so many dishes, pots, pans and utensils that you could cook a huge meal. It has a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom is quiet with light blocking curtains. The apartment is on the 1st floor (2nd floor for Americans) but it is not a difficult stairway. The garbage is easy to find and picked up regularly. The neighborhood is fantastic with transportation all within a block's distance. There is a Monop' and several fantastic boulangeries within 3 minutes. At the end of the street is a beautiful view of Le Tour Eiffel. This is my perfect apartment and I will be staying there for many years to come. Again, I must stress, it's VERY CLEAN. The owner is also very receptive and worked with me for my late flights and missing luggage. I can't thank him enough. Merci!

Great place but needs a better management

Place was nice and clean. Great location but the manager was not responsive and if he was he was very short. There was basic utensils missing and when we check in he was late.
