The Space:

Superb fully renovated studio, located in the heart of the Marais. Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to three travelers.



The studio includes:

• A living space: equipped with a single sofa bed, a Queen size bed (160x200cm), Smart television, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• An open equipped kitchen: microwave, hotplates, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower and toilet, fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo).

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood:

You will be staying in the heart of Haut-Marais, one of the most emblematic and sought-after districts of Paris, between Arts-et-Métiers, the historic Marais and the Center Pompidou. A few minutes' walk away, you can stroll through the lively streets of the Marais, reach the Center Pompidou (around 8 minutes on foot) or the famous Rue Montorgueil, known for its Parisian atmosphere, its terraces and its food shops. Due to recent bad weather in Paris, water infiltration has damaged the building's digital lock. The property manager has therefore decided to leave the front door ajar to ensure access for residents. As this situation is beyond our control, no claims or requests for compensation will be accepted.

Cot and High Chair: Available upon request with 72 hours' notice and subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time: From 2:00 pm.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

Deposit Amount: €150, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY.

Refund: Expected from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Noise Levels: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises may result in deposit deductions.

Building Construction: We cannot assume responsibility for any construction inside the building.



Internet Access

Usage: Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.



Age Requirement

Minimum Age to Book: 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. No refunds will be issued for non-compliance with this rule.
