Perfect location for a relaxing Paris trip. Less than 2 blocks from vegetable/fruit market and grocery stores. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Building felt secure, apartment was very clean and we had plenty of linens. Our host texted us a couple of times to make sure our stay was going ok. She is very friendly and I highly recommend the apartment.

Isabel is a wonderful host - she was so helpful, kind, and communicative! The apartment was very comfortable and the location was excellent with short walks to several metro stations, an amazing fruit and vegetable stand nearby, and many restaurants.Highly recommend!

Very cute Parisian apartment in a fabulous area for outside dining, coffee, pastries, boutiques. Easy to catch the metro or walk the Louvre( 27 minute walk). Isabel was fabulous and very welcoming!

This was a perfect place to stay! So close to shops, 2 blocks from a bakery, many cafes and restaurants nearby, 20 minute walk to Montmartre, easy walk to all the sites and great food nearby. The apartment was quiet, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. I forgot to text them when I left the airport to let them know when I was arriving thus a small snafu with the check in, but it was taken care of in a matter of minutes and everything went smoothly from there. It really was perfect for the two of us. My only regret is that we didn't have more time there.

Isabelle was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect for our family of three. This was our third time in Paris and so the 9th arrondissement location was excellent for living like a true Parisian. Bistros and boulangeries around every corner. Easy access to the metro/buses and only a half-hour leisurely walk to the Louvre/Seine area and 15 minute walk up to Montmartre. Highly recommend for couples or a couple with a third family member. — Isabelle était une hôte formidable et l'appartement était parfait pour notre famille de trois personnes. C'était notre troisième séjour à Paris et son emplacement dans le 9e arrondissement était idéal pour vivre comme un vrai Parisien. Bistrots et boulangeries à chaque coin de rue. Accès facile au métro et à seulement une demi-heure de marche tranquille du quartier du Louvre et de la Seine, et à 15 minutes de Montmartre. Je le recommande vivement aux couples ou aux couples avec un troisième membre de la famille.

Super gelegene und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. In der Nähe ist alles was man braucht. Und das Viertel (9. Arr. m.E.) hat wirklich Charme. Kommunikation mit Isabelle und ihrer Tochter war auch spitze. Zu viert ist es am Küchentisch zwar etwas eng, passte aber. Man will ja Paris sehen und nicht in der Wohnung abhängen. Sacre schafft man locker zu Fuß. Und ums Eck stehen überall Leihfahrräder. Wir haben Velib genutzt. Im Anhang die Außenansicht des Hauses.

Isabel was an amazing host; thoughtful and helpful before and during our stay. Her place is clean and cosy. The location is perfect; nestled among bakeries, cafes, and groceries (and local city life, if that also interests you). It's also close to train and metro stations. Merci pour tout Isabel!

Quiet, convenient, comfortable, and safe

I stayed in Paris here for 4 nights with my husband and 8 year-old daughter. Isabelle was a great host. She was responsive to all our questions over email, greeted us on arrival and gave us great tips on where to find an ATM, have our first dinner in Paris and how to catch a train to our next destination. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was perfect size for 2 adults and 1 child. It had a brand new clothes washer that came in handy. The neighborhood has everything you need including a bakery and a cheese shop. Highly recommended!

Conscientious, responsive host. Great location

The apartment was a bit smaller than anticipated but fine for two people. The unit was very clean and well stocked with linens and basic kitchen items. There were a couple minor appliance issues but these were resolved promptly.Isabel,our hostess, was very responsive and most pleasant. The neighborhood is lively and we always felt safe. Easy access to the Metro.

Fantastic stay

Overall, a great experience in Paris and our stay in the 9e arrondissement. If you prefer cozy cafés with great food and vibrant nightlife over touristy’ shops and expensive dining, this is the place for you. The apartment, ideal for 2-3 persons is very clean and cozy including all the enmities and no unwelcome rodents or insects. I would recommend renting this location to family and friends.

Magical location

Things we loved about our stay at Isabel's apartment:Perfect location to enjoy Rue de Martys an amazing street with a supermarket, delicious bakeries and gourmet food. Cafes, restaurants and pretty shops everywhere. Great architecture and very interesting local streets.2. Close to Sacre Coeur we walked up early , got a pastry from Mammiche and arrived before the crowds...magic.3.Public transport easy to find4.Sophie and Isabel helped us alot and we are so grateful.5. Cute apartment perfect for my parents in their 80's in the main room, and myself in the single bed which is seperate to the main room. Loved the kitchen small but fine for 3 everything you need. Perfect for us. Quiet, charming location, would stay again.

fantastic location

The apt is located at a community where normal parisians live, surrounded by real the restautants, cheese shops, bakeries, fruit stands that the locals go to. Not far from the landmarks and safe in day and night. Isabelle and Sophie are very nice to us.

Nicely located for food

The appartement is located close to a vegetable market, a grocery store and to a flower store. It is also close to a number of restaurants. Like a lot of apartments in Paris, space is not its strength. The bathroom is particularly limited, taking a shower demands some gymnastics. The apartment was clean and relatively comfortable. And, the owner was very nice and accommodating.
