  • Dining area with a large table for 6 people and 6 chairs



  • First bedroom, with a bed of 160 * 200 cm and dressing. The window on courtyard.


  • Second bedroom with a 160 * 200cm bed, dressing room and small desk. Light coming from two small windows overlooking the living room.



  • 1st shower room with walk-in shower, sink. Hair dryer.



  • 2nd shower room with walk-in shower, sink. Hair dryer.



  • A separate WC with washbasin.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 30 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

DON’T STAY HERE!

Very disappointed with making this reservation. We were looking forward to the apartment, and the location of the neighborhood. When we arrived, we found that the whole building was undergoing massive construction. There were workers literally right outside the front door, demolishing the walls. You could hear glass breaking, walls breaking- literally everything. So as you would expect, we requested further explanation regarding this and eventually have a full refund. You can imagine taking a flight across the ocean, spending the past 10 hours of traveling, to only find that we did not have any appropriate lodging. The host obviously did not know that construction was going on, they failed to admit over the phone that they were not knowledgeable about this. However, the most infuriating part of this was that they refused to give a full refund, leaving us in limbo. We were able to spend 15 minutes with one of the hosts correspondents to use the Wi-Fi and make some quick arrangements, but we were rushed out of the apartment because the correspondent had to be somewhere rlse. It wasn’t until making several threats and contacting VRBO that the host agreed to give us a full refund 24 hours later after demanding pictures and evidence. I’m not sure why they could not confirm this with the correspondent they sent to meet with us while we were there. Mind you, this is not a host for just one particular unit, this is a company that runs numerous apartments throughout the city.

Best shower ever!

We had a great stay in this modernly renovated apartment. The host personally met us at the apartment to show us how to get in, get us set up on WIFI, show us around apartment etc. He even gave us restaurant and taxi service advice. There are two bathrooms that have a shower and sink each (no toilet) and then a toilet room. The rain showers were awesome! The neighborhood is active with many shops and restaurants. It’s an easy walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre. The Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph is further so although we walked you may want to taxi there. Overall a great experience!

Séjour à Paris en famille

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien situé. Un petit bémol cependant au niveau des équipements de cuisine (verres dépareillés et pas assez nombreux, peu de casseroles, pas de passoire pour égoutter les pâtes...).Le congélateur mériterait un bon nettoyage. De plus les stores sont en mauvais état : quelqu'un devait passer les réparer durant notre séjour, mais nous n'avons vu personne. L'appartement est confortable et pourrait être vraiment super si quelques petit travaux d'entretien étaient réalisés et si les communs étaient ravalés, car ce n'est pas très engageant quand on arrive...

Easy Access to Seine, Louvre, Notre Dame

Great location for our stay! Easy walks to the Louvre, Notre Dame and Seine. Pictures on VRBO accurately. Showers have the best water pressure. Convenient to restaurants and shops. A restaurant/ bar is right next door, but had no issues with noise , especially in the back bedroom. 3 floor fans are available to use. Pretty quiet neighborhood at night. Very easy to communicate with property managers.

Wonderful central Parisian getaway

Clean, spacious, nicely furnished apartment. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable beds with good bedding. Close to most major attractions and restaurants. Grocery store right across the street. Given the location, expect loud street noises. Would definitely return to this rental.

Great stay in Paris, good location

We loved this property during our stay in Paris as it was pretty centrally located and not far from the Metro. There is a grocery store across the street which was very convenient and restaurants/bars super close. We also had no issues with the WiFi as previously mentioned in reviews and felt it worked great throughout our stay. Aside from being well decorated, the place was pristinely clean and we felt the apartment was secure. There are just the basics in terms of typical things you’d find in a hotel or Vrbo - for example, we had to buy or own pods for the Nespresso machine and had to buy toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, a sponge and trash bags. All these items were offered to you by the host, in addition to toiletries, but at an additional cost which we felt was pretty high. We figured we would just buy them from the store across the street but having simple things like hand soap would’ve increased our happiness with this property. I also did not appreciate the 30 euro charge to check in on a Sunday, but this was made well aware in advance of our stay and had no choice but to check in on a Sunday based on our travel plans. Overall great spot and we enjoyed our trip very much but wanted to make others aware of these charges before booking.

Beautiful home and location

We loved the location and the apartment/appliances were beautiful. Unfortuantely, we had issues with the laundry and wifi as well as storing our bags the last day. Overall a great trip but the hiccups were frustrating. We were thankful to be in communication with the team after the trip who were responsive to rectify the situation after the fact.

Upscale Apartment in Run Down Building with Poor Management

The apartment has been recently redone and short of not having ac (many Paris apartments do not) was modern and spacious. The building hallway and stairs is in a state of disrepair and has not been cleaned in a very long time. I did not want my infant touching the ground. The managers charged us a fee for arriving on a Sunday. They also were slow to respond to requests- taking days to respond. We requested a late check out and our nanny had a family of burst in on her, yelling at her for still being there as she was packing up, forcing her to leave immediately including her last bag of trash and several personal items in the apartment due to not feeling comfortable. When we shared this with management there was no acknowledgement or apology. In fact, they said after being there for a week and leaving a single small bag of trash that we had left the apartment "a mess." We kept the apartment tidy, my nanny cleaned it daily, started the laundry prior to leaving, and washed all of the dishes --- a week later and we still have not received our deposit which they had us pay on site and not through VRBO back...The check out experience was enough for us to not return. The apartment is quite walkable to all and yes it is in the Marais, however the particular street is not quaint.

Little to no WIFI

I had communicated with the agency and greeter in regards to this issue of WIFI many times during our stay that even though the apartment its self is nice as expected. The response to a very important list benefit to any rental is Internet access. The greeter was also during the check in was having issues with it as well. But this on-going internet access issue became a major issue and was very disappointing since arriving. I had sent emails and texts -SMS and calls into the number provided by the greeter. I did not hear from anyone since after check in. We have incurred intl. cell phone charges due to the fact that we have had little to no WIFI in order to use WhatsApp with out children. we have tried 4 cell phones, 2 tablets and 2 laptops with no luck on anyone of them. Which all four parents had to call our children directly via cell providers causing very high cell phone costs! Also, sent a notification after our first night, Informing the greeter via text- SMS that even though she provided a key code for the door from the street into the court yard it was never locked and therefore the code was of no use and provided no security other than the building entry door which was found wide open more times than closed and locked. We exited our first morning when we exited the door to the street only to find someone had gotten sick in two areas right in front of the door which we avoided at the last minute from stepping in. This was communicated that very morning! the greater said she will tell the owners and never heard from anyone since and was never cleaned during our entire stay. Again, never a response to any of these issues ever!
