An extremely rare little cocoon, in the heart of the Haut Marais with a private interior courtyard and its garden.

In this private entrance you can park your bicycles, scooters or motorcycles.
Then, behind the second gate, this private interior courtyard and its garden appear.

You will find 3 independent accommodations on the ground floor around this courtyard, exceptional for its calm and its location in the heart of Paris.

Located at the Arts-et-Métiers metro station, a few minutes walk from the Center Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg).

These 3 accommodations are equipped with air conditioning and 3 WI-FI connections.

Here is accommodation no. 2 (the largest of the three), there is a large kitchen, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
Then, upstairs (staircase of 16 steps), a master bedroom with its adjoining bathroom with W.C., and, in a row, a second bedroom with a single bed.

We do not accept arrivals on December 25th and January 1st.

Excellent property and staff met up on time and were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean. The area on the street around the property was dirty, however there during a festival. They got to cleaning it up fairly quickly though, and on a Sunday!

It is a beautiful, spacious property with sturdy furniture and an actual comfortable sofa bed. The upstairs bedroom has a mostly glass wall that abuts the stairway, and the second bedroom is directly through the bedroom closet, so there is no privacy, but there is more room-- kind of a unique set up that you should be aware of. We were very happy here with easy access to the metro.

Fabulous Stay, Great Location, Clean & Comfy

This is a perfect apartment (more like a condo) to explore Paris. It is in a great location down a small, narrow street in a busy area of Paris, but the apartment shares a quiet, secluded courtyard with a few other flats. The place was very clean, had good beds, and the kitchen was well-equipped. AC worked well during a heat wave. Only issue was that the combo clothes washer/dryer didn’t dry very well. We would re-book in a second if we had the chance!

Overall Excellent with one caveat

This place was amazing! Tucked away from the street, it is a very quiet, nice, spacious apartment - perfect for a family of four. The only thing I have to complain about is that the washer/dryer is that in name only. It didn't dry our clothes at all. I had seen this mentioned in a previous review, but figured it would be fixed by the time we got there, but, alas, it was not. Also, the washing alone takes about 8 hours! We had to hang our clothes to dry all around the apartment (and we also took a previous tenant's advise to use the towel heaters for faster drying). Just be aware of this before you visit so that you can adjust your wardrobe appropriately. Other than that I highly recommend this place!

The perfect place

We needed a place for a few nights and found this property had everything we needed from the extra beds to extra bathrooms, wash machine, and the location was perfect for exploring the Marais district. It was safe, quiet and overall just a great place to crash throughout the day when we needed to take a break before going out again.

Quiet and convenient

We loved staying here. Place was great. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen for what we needed. Comfortable beds. Location was perfect for the metro and buses as well as local shops and restaurants. Our stay felt like we were living in the neighborhood. Host was excellent with communication.

The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and spacious. A cooking facilities were lovely, two showers were helpful, and the property manager Fabrice was very much accommodating and helpful. Do make sure he explains to you how to use the washer dryer combo because it’s a trick!

Great location for Paris stay

The property in on the northern side of of the Marais district of Paris, in the 3rd arrondissement and a quick Metro ride to all the major signs. It seems to be quite safe, even walking around at night. There are many shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance or less, and at least 3 Metro stations. The 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom are upstairs and you have to go through the double bedroom to get to the single bedroom or the full bathroom, so there isn't privacy for the upstairs double bedroom. The stairs might be a little tough to get up with big luggage or if you are a bigger person. There is also a pullout couch downstairs that could sleep 2 and a full bathroom downstairs as well. The unit is very secure, as there are 3 keys to get in (one at the street entrance, another into the courtyard, and the last one into the unit itself. It is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is full equipped, the dining seats 8, and there is a couch and 2 chairs in the living room with a TV. Both bathrooms have towel warmers, although we never quite figured out how to consistently make the one upstairs work. And there is a combo clothes washer/dryer. We couldn't figure out how to make the dryer work either, so we just used the towel warmer to try the clothes. The unit was sparkling clean and Pauline checked us in and showed us around the unit when we arrived. Communication with the property managers was very quick. I would rent here again, it was excellent.

Exceptionally comfortable

The apartment is exceptionally comfortable and conveniently located. It is spacious, including ample closet space. It has two updated bathrooms each with heated towel racks. For our length of stay (6 weeks) the refrigerator and appliances were perfect for making meals. The apartment is within easy walking distance to three Metro stations to expand Paris and beyond. It is easy walking distance to a wide variety of markets for groceries and eateries of all types. We can’t recommend this unit enough.

Weekend in Paris

This apartment is ideally located on a quiet street in the Marais -- we love this neighborhood but there is also easy access to the metro and other areas. The apartment is spacious and we appreciated the access to AC during a summer weekend. The ceiling of the lower floor was leaking during our trip but they were very responsive and had someone come to the apartment quickly to check on the issue. We had three adults and could have used some extra pillows (non decorative bed pillows) for sleeping but otherwise a fantastic place to stay!!

Lovely apartment! Fantastic host

This was a lovely apartment. A double bed & single bed upstairs. Pull out sleeper on the first floor. Two amazing bathrooms with showers. The host greeting us was amazing. The wifi wasn't working so he had to come back & reset all the boxes...no complaints & extremely helpful. Close to the Temple & Arts-de-Metiers metro stops. Monoprix is a short walking distance away. Highly recommend
