The apartment is accessed through a shared inner courtyard, onto which the apartment's windows overlook (the building's trash storage area). Note that the appearance of this courtyard, which is maintained by the homeowners' association, contrasts with the care taken with the interior of the apartment.

On the equipment side, you will find everything you need for an autonomous and practical stay: a Wifi connection, a television, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron.
