En el centro del Barrio Latino, que se encuentra cerca del famoso Panteón, encantadora Place de la Contrescarpe, Universidad de la Sorbona, Saint Germain y los magníficos jardines de Luxemburgo, este apartamento ofrece una oportunidad única:

• Se trata de una oferta excepcional: el apartamento ha sido diseñado con un cuidado especial para dormir cómodamente hasta 6 personas (2 camas de matrimonio y un cómodo sofá cama).

• Se encuentra en un edificio de piedra construido en la década de 1800. El edificio ha sido totalmente renovado y rediseñado por un arquitecto en 2016. Otros dos apartamentos similares están disponibles en el edificio, además de los dos más de misma área diseñado para 6 personas (incluyendo un sofá cama).

Los propietarios han conservado el estilo tradicional apartamento francés con las vigas de madera-bellamente expuestas. El apartamento es muy funcional. También han conservado el elegante terracota suelo de baldosas francés con una variación de color y espesor en ciertas partes de la vivienda. Este estilo planta se remonta a unos 150 años, si no más, y es de gran importancia histórica.

Al entrar en el apartamento, uno es recibido por un pequeño pasillo que sirve el baño a la derecha, y conduce a la sala de estar.

Para aprovechar las ventajas de la luz y el volumen, el arquitecto ha diseñado un gran concepto:
 
• Durante el día, la apertura de las puertas correderas 2 crean un espacio único de estar grande con dos ventanas sobre la plaza. La luz procedente de las dos ventanas hacen toda la zona de lo más acogedor y espacioso

• Durante la noche, los huéspedes pueden beneficiarse de las 3 áreas separadas para dormir, privadas.

El salón ofrece una gran ventana de doble cristal que se baña en la luz natural. Se abre en la encantadora Place Larue, que ofrece varias terrazas. No hay bloques de construcción de la vista: está abierta en la Rue Sainte Genevieve, y el famoso y hermoso patio de la Escuela Politécnica (recibe muchas conferencias internacionales de investigadores).

El salón ofrece un cómodo sofá-cama y un centro de mesa, silla y luces. Muro está decorado con marcos. El televisor se queda fijo por encima de la barra de la cocina un lugar conveniente para ver desde el sofá-cama.

A la derecha del sofá se encuentra una barra de cocina con taburetes. Está integrado en la sala de estar y da una impresión de apertura. La cocina está totalmente equipada para preparar comidas sencillas.

El dormitorio con puertas correderas ofrece una cama de matrimonio de alta calidad, un gran armario y una gran ventana en la plaza. Obviamente privacidad completa puede ser obtenida por deslizamiento de las puertas.

A través de la cocina, se puede acceder a la segunda habitación. Esta habitación también ofrece una muy buena calidad de cama de matrimonio con armario, una mesa de la oficina mini y una ventana que da al patio del edificio. Una vez más, está equipada con equipos de calidad y decorado con el marco.

El cuarto de baño situado en la entrada, es completamente de azulejos y una decoración moderna. Ofrece una gran ducha semi-cerrado, una zona de tocador y un toilette.

Justo en el edificio se encuentran muchas tiendas, restaurantes, panaderías, delies y más. Nosotros recomendamos probar "Les pipos" restaurante, comida típica francesa tradicional.

La ubicación apt es un punto de partida ideal para visitar París: basada en el corazón del viejo París, frente a Notre Dame y la moda de Saint Louis Ile con, a poca distancia, el Marais, donde están las tiendas de ropa mejores de París. La Universidad de la Sorbona, el famoso Jardín de las Plantas, el Panteón, el Arenas de Lutecia, jardín de Luxemburgo y el Museo Cluny de artes medievales son todos los pasos. Cruzar la calle y pasear por las orillas del Sena, disfrutar de una copa en una de las muchas barcazas o bailar Tango en la plaza "Tino Rossi" en el tiempo de la tarde de verano.

My daughter and I stayed in this apartment for a long weekend in Paris and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk from Notre Dame—and the building sits above a couple of lively bars and restaurants, which added great weekend energy and made it easy to find a good drink or bite to eat.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The building is older with classic circular stairs, which add charm but could be a bit tricky for those with mobility issues or oversized luggage.As with many Paris buildings, the walls are a bit thin, so it’s important to be mindful of neighbors—especially in the evenings—and we recommend removing high heels indoors to keep things quiet.We loved the location, the vibe, and the space. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay in Paris. Quite large by Paris standards. Steps from multiple restaurants and bars. Excellent communication with property manager Jean-Paul. Situated above two restaurants but noise level never a problem with windows closed in May. Summer may be different as I don’t think unit has AC just a heater. Would recommend and stay again, perhaps not in summer time though.

Our family of 5 with kids ages 9, 12 and 15 really enjoyed staying in the Latin Quarter. The apartment is very convenient to the metro and walkable to the Pantheon, the Seine and Notre Dame. We even walked to the Marais for a longer stroll. The beds are decent and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. The water heater is small so showers must be very quick.The space is a bit crowded with the sofa bed open and no couch to sit on - it would be ideal for a family of four or two couples but we managed just fine. 6 adults would be too cramped I think. The cafes below are bustling at all hours - we loved this atmosphere and had no problem sleeping with the windows closed in April when it was cool and the fans were sufficient. I can see how the cafe noise (and cigarette smoke) might be an issue in the summer when the windows would likely need to be open to sleep. The laundry is a bit of a challenge as it’s not in the unit. One flight down, so not a big deal, but there are others using it so we had to wait and the dryer can take hours. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and bright , with huge lovely windows in the front rooms. There are cafes everywhere. This place gave us a more local experience, which is exactly what we wanted. The checkin process is a little involved with the key but once we figured it out it was fine. The stairs are extremely narrow for luggage and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Overall we would highly recommend.

Working with Jean Noel was so easy. His instructions to check in and out make staying here a breeze. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds too. The location is superbe. It is located on top of a grouping of brasseries that are filled with hard-working owners, who prepare delicious food, for its many clients. Yes, there was some noise, but nothing a little white noise wouldn’t quickly drown out. The neighborhood was very central to some of Paris’ best landmarks. Great walking location, with a metro close by. Felt very, very safe in this charming neighborhood. Great stay!

Our family enjoyed our week-long stay in March 2025. Check-in and check-out was straightforward, and the apartment was spacious. The building felt safe and secure. Beds were comfortable, although the pillows were too small. Kitchen stools and the living room couch showed signs of wear and tear, and should be replaced soon.

… or anyone who cares about quiet or has mobility concerns. 37 uneven stairs on poorly lit staircase. Great location if it weren’t above 4 gathering spots for locals and usually noisy until 2 AM or later. The shower is great and best feature but be careful of scalding water temp. Kitchen definitely not for fixing meals. Property manager responsive. This place could be ok for a short stay But definitely not the 2 weeks of my stay.

We had a lovely stay in Cozy 2 apartment. The location is excellent--nice neighborhood and easy walk to lots of attractions and the Metro. The apartment has a nice layout and good closet space for unpacking. The check-in instructions were very detailed and made for an easy arrival. There are plates and utensils, making breakfast and snacks easy to arrange. We had two concerns with the apartment. One is the noise that can be heard from the front bedroom. Please note the back bedroom (also a queen bed) is very quiet. The front bedroom, however, faces the street, and street noise can be heard. This was in February, even with the windows and shades/curtain fully closed. The noise was especially loud on Saturday night. If you are someone who will be out until 2 or 3 am, this will not be a problem. But if you would like to go to sleep before that, be advised you will hear noise. We also heard sounds (ex, garbage truck) in the early morning as well. If you are using the pull out bed, note that the living room where that is located also faces the street. The other issue was with a smell in the bathroom. The toilet had a smell, almost like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. When we arrived over a weekend, they weren't able to do anything until Monday. They offered to send over a service technician, but we asked to have cleaning/bowl smell inserts left instead. The management was responsive, and it wasn't too disruptive of a smell. Despite these issues, it was an enjoyable stay.

6 of us in total with a 13 year old, two 10 year olds and a under 1 year old, this space served us well! Great location among many restaurants and not far from train station. Given that it is situated right above lively bars with young adults, the noise and smoke was sometimes difficult with young ones. Overall, we were happy! Thank you!

Property was as advertised. Very spacious for the 2 of us. The shower and water pressure was great, the drain is slow to drain, but it does drain! We loved the built in closets, so we could unpack and settle in. Location was so cute. Would stay again!

The location is pretty good; metro/buses to major attractions are about 10 min walk away. As mentioned in the reviews, it's a tight climb up the stairs to the apartment, but nothing surprising in Paris. The laundry room (which I didn't see detailed in the check-in materials) is just down the stairs, has a full-size washer and dryer, and is spacious compared to what I'd expect in a European city. We could easily do our family's laundry; a great amenity! One big issue for us - there are 3 bar/restaurants on the ground floor. The building corridors smell like cigarette smoke. Additionally, as mentioned in reviews, the windows work well to block out noise when they're closed, but expect loud chatter and cigarette smoke until 2am if it's hot and they're open.

The apartment itself was good for our family. The stairs are incredibly tight and steep. They are very difficult to manage with luggage. The cafe downstairs is very loud at night until the wee hours of the morning and forces you to close the windows which resulted in the apartment being very hot. Two fans were provided, but a third was definitely needed.

Great location, easy to get to all modes of transportation (metro,bus,etc), and plenty of great cafes within walking distance. Apartment was as described. It was a hot week in Paris so the apartment was hot and loud all night since we couldn’t close the windows. But we knew this was a possibility from the description so we rolled with it. Overall a great place and would definitely stay here again.

The location of this apartment is perfect! Walking distance to so many different attractions. There are many restaurants on the streets below. We were fortunate to have a cool breeze with the windows open but I feel like the apartment could use another fan in case the windows need to be shut. There is a cafe right below and can be loud and cigarette smoke definitely comes into the apartment as an fyi. I would stay here again for location and convenience alone! The beds are comfy and there is a pull out couch.

My wife and I brought our 3 kids(ages 14,12, and 10). The neighborhood was wonderful and welcoming. The bars/restaurants below the apt. were the typical excitement you would expect each night, and while it was loud some evenings, just closing the windows fixed 90% of the problem. My child who slept on the foldout couch said it was very comfortable, as were the beds. We would be happy to stay here again and give our kids the opportunity to stay here. It truly has everything you need and the host was very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for a cool neighborhood to spend a few days in, check this place out.
