    Located on the top floor of an exceptional house from 1766, this large apartment (130 m2) with your own entrance, completely independent, offers a very bright living room and oriented south Paris, opening onto a beautiful outdoor passageway.

    3 very comfortable rooms for up to 6 people.

    New kitchen, fully equipped, induction hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Tea towels provided.

    The travelers have access to all the floor, its terrace and its passageway, completely independent entrance.

    There is a bus 100 meters from the apartment which takes you in 5 minutes to the station for Paris Opera or the Palace of Versailles.

    This same bus can also take you in 10 minutes to a metro station to go directly to the center of Paris (Champs-Elysees for example).

    You can park your car for free in our street.

    There are several shops (general food store, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, etc.) at 300 meters as well as restaurants close to the house (in particular, at 300 meters the Café des Artistes at the edge of the ponds of Corot).

    This pond site is beautiful, very bucolic and peaceful.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from the apartment balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Xavier was an exceptional host- thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely gracious throughout our visit.The apartment is beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after long days exploring. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. We also loved the short walk to the fresh weekend market-such a great way to experience the neighborhood and pick up local goodies!The stairs were a bit of a challenge at first, but we quickly got used to them- and honestly, we'd climb them again in a heartbeat for a stay like this. Do yourself a favor and book here- you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable experience in Paris. Thank you for the wine, Xavier! I really enjoyed it!

Die Wohnung war geräumig, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und Supermärkte in der Nähe Besonders erwähnenswert ist der wunderschöne Sonnenaufgang über Paris,den man vom Balkon aus gut sehen kann.Die Gastgeber waren besonders freundlich,haben gute Tipps gegeben bzgl.Restaurants etc.Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

Great location and view

The location between Paris and Versailles is great! The apartment was spotless with amazing views and the owners are lovely and very helpful. Be aware there are a lot of stairs :). Would love to stay again.

Perfection!

I just can't say enough about our time here and the beautiful village. Xavier and Camille went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay. The apartment is gorgeous and was a great fit for our party of 6. Beds super comfy and all of the amenities you would ever need. We will definitely be coming back to stay here.

A must stay

Beautiful accommodation with views of Paris and conveniently situated between Paris and Versailles. A lovely home to return to after a day of sightseeing. Camille and Xavier were very welcoming hosts. Thank you for the bubbles!

Amazing weekend in Paris!

This weekend stay with 4 adult friends in Paris was incredible! In a quiet, smaller neighborhood of Paris it was full of great food, close to the metro, and had breathtaking views. The hosts were very accommadating, especially since I messed up the reservation and only said one person was coming, and they quickly fixed the sleeping situation. They were easy to communicate with, and they provided great recommendations in the area!Highly recommended for anyone traveling to this area!

Great family vacation in Paris

Xavier and Camille were amazing hosts. Our flight landed a little early and they were still able to accommodate us. The place is within walking distance of a bakery, grocery store and several restaurants. The AC units kept us cool during the heatwave we were there. Great communication with the hosts and every need was immediately taken care of.

We stayed at this lovely property to have some downtime after a busy tour of France. We enjoyed the spaciousness and outlook. Having two toilets when sharing with friends is also a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped if choosing to stay in. We were close to restaurants, shops and public transport plus there was a lovely walk around two lakes close by. You can see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night from the lounge/balcony and it was a 15 minute UBer ride to Versailles for a spot of shopping. There are three flights of stairs to navigate to the apartment but so worth it when you arrive at this oasis.

Lovely Vacation

Property is as described and shown in pictures. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, stores and outdoor market. Camille & Xavier very accommodating and patient with our numerous requests for suggestions, directions and assistance; great hostesses. Definitely would stay again and would recommend it to others.

Christmas is Paris

The apartment is stunning and Xavier and Camille are the perfect hosts. It is located outside the city limits of Paris; however, public transportation is easy to navigate. The town of Ville de’Avray is charming and has everything you need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and if we ever return, I would stay here again.
