Located in the heart of the new Saint-Ouen sur Seine district, it has high ceilings. Adjacent to the Eiffel market hall “La Communale,” the apartment offers every comfort:
- one bedroom upstairs with a double bed;
- a stylish, fully equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom with washer/dryer and separate toilet;
- a living room with a double sofa bed.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

Everything you need for an excellent stay is at your disposal, including: television, washing machine, dryer, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, iron, etc.
