Large 30 m2 studio comprising an entrance hall, a bathroom with WC, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a living room.

The apartment is arranged as follows:

- Living room with a double sofa bed measuring 130cm x 190cm.

- Bedroom with a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm.

Good quality bedding, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and bath towels are provided.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Your host will be available throughout your stay and you can contact them by phone or email if necessary.

The residence is located around a lake where you can go for a walk. There's also a children's play area (slide, swing). Shops, restaurants, cinemas, a supermarket, etc. are all within a 15-minute walk of the residence. Torcy RER A train station is a 10-minute walk away, so you're really close to all amenities!

Getting around: A 15-minute walk away, you have Bay 1, a commercial area where you will mainly find restaurants but also a cinema and a 24-hour pharmacy. Next to Bay 1, you have Bay 2, a large shopping center where you will find many shops for shopping and also the Carrefour supermarket for your daily purchases if necessary. Torcy RER A train station is a 10-minute walk from the residence, providing direct access to Disneyland Paris and/or the Val d'Europe shopping center and its "La Vallée Village" outlet shopping center in 20 minutes. You can also reach Paris directly in 35 minutes. By car, the journey time to Disneyland and Paris is roughly the same as the RER A. Please do not smoke inside the apartment but outside if necessary.
