Country house near Disneyland Paris

In our small village located 7 km from Disney, you will find rest, green spaces and friendliness (barbecue and hammocks at your disposal) beautiful walks or bike on the banks of the River Morin. Some shops are nearby: bakeries and grocery stores. Similarly, some restaurants of French and Italian cuisine are within walking distance. By car, by the A4 you will have easy access to a large area.

Housing

Small fully independent duplex (+ \ - 24 sqm) with its fully equipped terrace.
Upstairs bedroom with a bed for two persons 140x200, recent bedding.
In the living room / kitchen there is sofa bed of 80x200.

Sheets (ironed), pillows, duvets, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided

On your arrival you will find the beds ready for a restful night.
Accommodation with well-equipped kitchenette: kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction hob and there is a workspace to accommodate your laptop.

Access of travelers

Independent access from the side of the house, a digital code will open the gate.

Beautiful property and location for Disney

Eric and Theresa are extremely helpful hosts . The pictures don’t do this house and grounds justice . Lovely clean and spacious. Very comfortable and has everything you could want and need . We went with our adult children and their husband wife and grandchildren to go to Disneyland . Bus stop is round the corner 10 mins walk with buses running regularly. It takes 10-15 mins to get to Disney. Bolt or Uber taxis a reasonable option and readily available.Eric took us to the supermarket on arrival . It felt like we had two holidays in one Disney all day and back to enjoy and relax in this beautiful place. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. You will not be disappointed.

Wir haben bei schönstem Herbstwetter eine tolle Zeit in Paris und im Disneyland verbracht. In dem schönen Haus hatte jeder genügend Platz zum Ausruhen.

A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Home

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The gas grill was a great bonus for outdoor cooking, and the garden was a lovely spot to relax. The contact with the hosts was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Sehr gute Unterkunft in der Nähe zum Disneyland und Paris

Wir haben 4 Nächte in dem Haus verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Im Haus haben wir alles wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Auch die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut - ca. 30 Minuten bis Paris und ca. 15 Minuten ins Disneyland. Eine gut frequentierte Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, wenn man sich die Parkgebühren in Paris oder Disneyland sparen möchte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder für unseren nächsten Tripp nach Paris!

Fantastic!!!!!

This property was exactly as advertised, a beautiful clean home, with a lovely garden. We stayed whilst visiting disneyland, very close to bus stop which takes you there directly. The hosts Eric and Theresa, what can I say, the most kind hearted welcoming people , we arrived late on the friday night , when I awoke on the Saturday morning Eric had gone to the shops and bought bread, butter, milk and Jam and left by the back door, such a lovely thing to do. Eric also took me in his car to the local supermarket so I could buy food for dinner. I would highly recommended this property and would definitely stay again . 5 star rating from me.

Nice property and owners withcentral Paris within easy reach

Very nice tiny house in large backyard of the main house, with everything you need. Modern, functional and clean. Large, covered outdoorspace. Very nice, helpfull and easygoing owners. Railway station within 10 minute drive. From there only 30 minutes towards Gare de l ‘Est. So central Paris and Eorodisney within very easy reach.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Mein Mann war mit seinem Sohn für 5 Nächte dort, um das Disneyland und Paris zu besuchen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super, der Check in ganz einfach, zumal die Ankunft erst Nachts war. Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Das Auto hatte auch einen schönen Platz. Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Everthing was perfect

Eine so schöne kleine Wohnung mit einer unglaublichen Terrasse! Einfach gigantisch! Es war alles vorhanden von Handtücher über Bettwäsche, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker etc. wir waren absolut begeistert!!! Danke für diese schöne Zeit!!!

Disney and Shopping

We traveled with our 3 year old during our stay. This place was perfect!! We only had the pleasure of meeting Eric during our stay and he couldn’t have been more helpful, 5-stars! He even drove my family to purchase food at the local grocery store and offered balls for our son to kick around, overall great host. As mentioned in the listing, we had access to the whole yard behind our room, and our son enjoyed every moment of the outdoor space. We even barbecued in the back for dinner. Just be extremely careful with the stairs, they are very narrow and steep. We traveled by bus to both Val-de-Europe and the Disney parks, SUPER simple! We loved how close the bus was and how easy to travel in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I would recommend if you are visiting Disney!

Für unseren 3-tägigen Besuch im Disneyland Paris entschieden wir uns für das Ferienhaus von Theresa und Eric. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Unterkunft ist sehr modern ausgestattet, top gepflegt und sauber. Falls wir wieder einmal Frankreich besuchen, würden wir uns definitiv wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Vielen Dank !

Rund-um-zufrieden

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es ist sowohl in der Ferienwohnung als auch im Ort alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Auch der Bus ist fußläufig erreichbar (auch direkte Fahrt zum Disneyland). Bis in die Innenstadt von Paris sind es 45min! Die Vermieter sind super freundlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 😁

Relaxing and Fulfilling

I booked Mr Curey’s location on September 10, communication began shortly after. Before my arrival I had to change some dates and was accommodated very professionally and worked towards my needs. During the stay Mr Curey was very engaging with me, ensuring all my needs were met. 11/10 would recommend to future travelers, friends, family and colleagues. Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Teresa’s vacation house. The house was very clean and it got everything you need. Eric and Teresa made sure to be always available. The area was quiet and there were a number of bakeries nearby. Eric and Teresa also provided a delicious aperitif wine. The cottage is 15 minutes from Disneyland Paris and 60 minutes from Paris. A visit to Chateau de vaux le vicomte is highly recommended. Who knows we'll be back! Thank you so much Eric and Teresa.

Sehr angenehme Vermieter

Wir waren dort um das Disneyland zu besuchen. Die Buslinie 19 bringt einen direkt dort hin, Uber ging auch. In der Nähe, Richtung Disneyland gibt es eine tolle pateserie und ein Stück weiter ein Aldi und sich evtl mit kleinen Dingen einzudecken. Die Unterkunft ist total süß und mit liebe eingerichtet. Hinter dem Haus ist eine tolle Terrasse, wir konnten sie aus Zeitmangel nicht nutzen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Falls es mich nochmal dort hin verschlägt auf jeden fall dort. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war auch sehr positiv! War gern Gast dort!

Eric et Theresa ont été aux petits soins pour nous et ont eu de multiples petites attentions qui vous font être plus que dans un contrat de location, on est dans l'humain et la gentillesse.Nous avons pu partager un bon moment avec Eric et nous avons bien ri. La terrasse avec le jardin, ses fleurs,ses oiseaux et ce calme reposant vous font avoir un séjour relaxant et ressourçant. Le logement très propre comprend toutes les commodités et le nécessaire en cuisine jusqu'au épices, café, thé,sucre et autres essentiels. L'accès au bus à 500 mètres vous fait aller où bon vous semble et bien sûr Disneyland avec un trajet en peine 10/15mn. Beaucoup de restaurant, boulangerie et supermarchés proches aussi. Ce logement ainsi que ses propriétaires méritent amplement leur note et vous ressortirez avec des étoiles plein les yeux Plein de belles choses à vous 2! Si on revient sur Paris on connaît notre petit havre de paix
