About this accommodation
Studio at the foot of Nation, ideally located with lines 1, 2, 6, 9 and RER A. Peaceful neighborhood on the border of the 11th, 12th and 20th arrondissements where life never ceases to shine! Close to the Parc de Vincennes and many addresses, this accommodation will be the key to your successful holiday!
This 17m2 cozy, cosy accommodation with all the necessary equipment to make you feel at home is located on the 4th floor without elevator (65 small steps - it's good for the heart and the figure) let yourself be tempted!

The accommodation
We have concocted a cozy, cosy accommodation with all the necessary equipment to make you feel at home:

When you arrive, you will find the building with a red and white brick façade at the end of the cul-de-sac. The entrance is through the black gate and then the wooden door at the end of the courtyard on the left.

The 17m2 accommodations are located on the 4th floor door facing the stairs.

Someone takes care of the check in and check out, I travel a lot, I won't be able to be there.

Here you are in the entrance:
To your left, small paterns to hang your vests and others, just above a small shelf for your bulky objects. Then on the right, a small cupboard where you will find all the kitchen equipment and storage to put your dry food. Just in front of you is the small fully equipped kitchen: microwave oven, kettle, French coffee maker, toaster, fridge, washing machine etc, etc....

On your left, you enter the living room/bedroom, you can sit on this large Emma three-seater sofa convertible into a real 160x200cm king size. You will find a comfort mattress and two memory foam cushions for your softest nights.

You will find a large 4k TV on a piece of furniture in which you have room to put your personal belongings.

We have equipped the studio with a Dyson air cooler, which ventilates and purifies the air for days and nights that are a little too hot. He is equipped with his remote control, this one and a little thank you for putting it back near him to avoid losing it.

You now have access to the small living room with its pouf, armchair and small table for your meals and your teleworking days if necessary. The apartment is fibered by Orange.
On your left, there is the small library for entertainment and its Marshall speaker to listen to your favorite playlists. There is also an essential oil diffuser for relaxing moments before sleeping, if you use it please remember to turn it off by pressing it once.

The window is equipped with shutters for those who like to sleep in complete darkness.

On the right, you enter the bathroom. Above the toilet, the mirror cabinet will serve as storage, a small hairdryer is available.
We provide hard and liquid soap for the hands, but also shower gel, as for shampoo, we let you bring your best products. Don't hesitate to leave it open after each shower to let the humidity escape.

For those arriving by car, it is very easy to park on the street, whether in front of the apartment or the surrounding streets. There is also an "Indigo" Boulevard Picpus or a lot of "Yes Park" less than 100 m from the apartment.

There is a taxi station on Avenue du Trône 5 min walk.

Please note: this studio is my first purchase, I live there all year round and offer it to you during my business trips, thank you for taking great care of it :)
