We loved staying in this cozy flat. We were met by the super helpful and attentive host upon arrival. The flat is in a charming neighborhood filled with chic shops and restaurants, about 2 blocks from Le Bon Marche and within easy walking distance of all of the sights in downtown Paris. The flat was spotlessly clean. It is well appointed and it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms and air conditioning during the heat wave. We highly recommend it and hope to return!

Very efficient, well thought out apartment with lots of electrical outlets and air ventilation. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable, the shower has lots of hot water and by Paris standards it is spacious. Except for hearing footsteps overhead at the odd occasion, it is very quiet and away from traffic noise.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The area was incredibly walkable, safe, and has plenty to explore if you want to avoid highly trafficked touristy areas!Mina was quick to reply and accommodate us with an early morning check-in when we arrived in town. This property was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location for getting around Paris. Check in and check out were incredibly easy and communication was fantastic. Perfect place for a family of three, a couple, or a single traveler. It also felt incredibly safe tucked away with two access doors before getting to the apartment door. We loved our stay.

Wonderful apartment, excellent location

This apartment was perfect for my friend and I who stayed for a week. Very comfortable and quiet, well-appointed kitchen, clean and well-functioning bathroom and WC, we knew we had found a gem as soon as we walked in. Three days in Paris

The accommodations were stunning, charming! Lots of natural light, quiet. Annabelle and her father were very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Perfect location to shops, great restaurants, etc. A very delightful experience!
