    Charming apartment, very bright, fully equipped, comfortable and impeccable.
    You will love the view over the Parisian rooftops, rue des Abbesses and St Jean church.
    A dream for all lovers of Paris.
    Abbesses Metro Line 12 nearby
    We are 10 minutes walk from the Sacré Coeur,
    20 min from the Grands Magasins Printemps and Galerie Lafayette.
    We are in the Moulin Rouge sector,
    the Atelier Theater, Amélie Poulain.
    The Michou cabaret.
    Our apartment is on the 3rd floor, without elevator, with an access code.

We had the most wonderful time in this lovely apartment. It was so comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The neighborhood was fantastic and the metro, cafes and major sites were within walking distance. Florence was a perfect host and was there for us whenever needed. We will stay there again!

This apartment has every thing you need. It was clean and well situated, close to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. Easy access to the Metro as well. The host Florence was nice and super helpful.

The property was well located in a Montmarte neighborhood. Convenient to metro, little grocery store and cultural sites. Florence went above and beyond to help us after a bit of a rocky start at the airport. She walked with us to the metro and stayed with us while we figured out how to use Navigo. I would stay again gladly

Magical Location

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary and stayed in this amazing location. 1st time to Paris for us and I highly recommend renting this apartment and spending your stay in Montmartre. Excellent public transportation close by and so many choices for food and entertainment. Florence is a wonderful host and will provide recommendations if needed. Looking for to coming back.

Amazing apartment

My husband and I stayed at this fantastic apartment for a week in April. What an incredible time we had! The place is clean and quiet and has everything you need. There are two big windows with the amazing views. We had lovely time!

Fabulous Apartment

The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris. The location couldn't be better as it is so close to the metro and there are plenty of cafes and shops just out the door. I wish we stayed longer!

Wonderful place and great location

This 3rd floor walk-up apartment was lovely. It was very clean, comfortable and had a distant view of the Eiffel Tower! It was very close to shopping and the metro. The property manager waa very kind and helpful and lives in the build.

Fabulous Place!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 7 nights and loved everything about it. Check in was super easy. Florence met us and allowed us early access. She was so helpful and remained available to us throughout our stay. The place was perfectly located with a great view of Place des Abessess.

So easy to get to everything. Be mindful it is in the third floor with a narrow spiral staircase and no lift!

Absolutely wonderful!

Apartment is perfect for our one week stay. Fully equipped. Had planned to do some cooking in, but neighbourhood was so interesting and filled with great restaurants and bistros, that we enjoyed them to the max, and ate out a lot. Handy to the Metro. Stairs are a challenge, but we'd been warned so not a big surprise. Would love to stay here again.

Great Location

This apartment was right in the heart of the Montmarte district and convenient to many cafes and restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Right down the hill from le Sacre-Coure. The manager was very close by and the check in process was really great. Perfect for 2 or 3 people.

Best location in Paris

The apt was bright and airy. Very comfortable for a 5 day stay and convenient to all locations. We were greeted by Florence who was a delight and made sure we understood how wverything worked when we checked in. She also gave us recommendations for local places to eat. Excellent apartment charming neighborhood.

Great place to stay with super easy subway access. After a busy day seeing the sights in very crowded areas it was always nice to come back to the apartment minus the immense crowds, put your feet up on the window seal and watch the charming neighborhood below with a glass of wine. Florence was helpful and wonderful with her communication and availability.

PERFECT

Perfect in every way. Cleanliness, comfort, neighborhood , location. Subway system takes you anywhere you want to go. No elevator but after a couple of times becomes second nature. Lively area. Florence was wonderful and answered all our questions and was so gracious !

Vor die Tür treten und mittendrin sein

Einen schöneren Startpunkt für einen Parisaufenthalt kann es fast nicht geben! Die Metro-Station ist direkt vor der Tür. Und das schönste: Vom Fenster des Appartements sieht man die Spitze des Eiffelturms. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein paar mehr Haken im Flur und im Bad wären toll. Check-in und Check-out waren super organisiert. Ein großes Lob an die Nachbarin!! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Im Herzen von Montmartre

Wunderbarer Ausblick über die Dächer von Montmartre. Aus einem der Wohnzimmer-Fenster ist der Eiffel-Turm fast in Gänze zu sehen, wenn man sich auf die Zehenspitzen stellt. Alles Notwendige ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden: Metrostation, preisgekrönte Boulangerie, Feinkostläden jeder Art, Supermarkt, Apotheke und und und. Tagsüber lebhafte und stark frequentierte Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist ungewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, das ist sehr komfortabel. Licht- und sonnendurchflutet durch Südwest-Ausrichtung der Haupträume.
