In the heart of Paris, at the entrance to the Marais district, just a few steps from Bastille and Place des Vosges. Charming 70 m² air-conditioned top-floor apartment with 3 small balconies. Very spacious 35 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, two sofas, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a TV, and high-speed Internet. Very bright apartment with unobstructed views. Hairdryer, storage space, bed linens, towels, and soap provided. Close to restaurants, bars, and a metro station just 50 meters away. There is an elevator in the building that goes up to the 4th floor; from there, you’ll need to take the stairs to the top floor.
This is our apartment; we are not professional landlords, and we offer our guests the same charming space we enjoy living in.
The neighborhood
The neighborhood is very lively, with many restaurants and bars nearby, and a metro station just 50 meters away. Place de la Bastille, home to the Opera, is 100 meters away, and Place des Vosges is also 100 meters away. There’s a bakery 10 meters from the building and a supermarket 50 meters away.
The Apartment
This apartment is a superb place to stay for a group of four, located in the attic of a 19th-century building. This bright, fully renovated apartment is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for your comfort.
The living room/kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There are also 2 comfortable sofas, 1 table for 4, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a piano. The living room opens onto 3 small balconies with a table and chairs.
The bedrooms
Both bedrooms have a 140x200 double bed and storage space for your belongings. Bed linens are provided.
The bathroom
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hair dryer for your use. Soap and towels are provided. The toilet is in a separate room. Please note that the bathroom is located at the far end of the apartment; you’ll need to walk through one bedroom to get there.
Access to the apartment:
The apartment has a private entrance. You will be asked to take a selfie holding your ID card in the same photo. Once you’ve checked in, you’ll receive instructions on how to pick up the keys the day before, so you can make the most of your stay.
