The Space:

Welcome to this charming 50 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Geoffroy-Saint-Hilaire in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. The flat has a shower room accessible via the living room; the toilet is in a separate water closet.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central gas heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Rue Geoffroy-Saint-Hilaire sits on the edge of the Jardin des Plantes in the 5th arrondissement, one of Paris’s most quietly charming neighbourhoods. The street borders the vast botanical garden and natural history museum complex, a wonderful place for a morning walk or an afternoon exploring the greenhouses and galleries.



The Latin Quarter is right on the doorstep, with its bookshops, cafés, brasseries and the covered market of Rue Mouffetard a short walk away. The Panthéon and the Sorbonne are close, as is the Seine riverbank and the bridges connecting to the Île Saint-Louis and Notre-Dame. The neighbourhood has a calm, intellectual atmosphere that makes it one of the most pleasant bases in central Paris.



For transport, Jussieu (lines 7 and 10) and Censier-Daubenton (line 7) are both nearby, connecting to the Marais, Opéra and beyond. The area is also very walkable, with Saint-Germain-des-Prés reachable in around fifteen minutes on foot.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
