Great Stay! Great Neighborhood!

We loved our stay in this flat! The space is small, but has everything two adults need. Plan to unpack your bags and use the storage space, and you will have plenty of room. The bed is a Murphy bed, so it folds up and makes a couch. The neighborhood feels very local,away from all of the tourist traps, but is very near all of Paris via the metro. Goncourt Station is directly outside the building, with two other stations nearby. With all of this, the neighborhood is full of cafes and bakeries. Just perfect. I highly recommend this flat!

Great location, accomodating host

We had a great stay. Fabulous view and balcony. A little small but if you lift bed there is room to sit. Host much appreciated. Kitchen good. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in paris

The check in details were not received and the host did not respond when we were arriving from the airport until we showed up at the door. The room was full of the owners belongings and the linens were very worn.

Really nice location

It was all great, and yes it’s very small, but that was not a problem, we had good weather so we also enjoyed the balcony having a nice overview of the local street life, absolutely more local than touristic, exactly what we were hoping for.

Location! Location! Location!

Lovely neighborhood. Easy to walk out the door and "be" in Paris. Divine boulangeries, restaurants, Goncourt metro stop. Very nice building (charming lift) with friendly neighbors. Sweet little terrace. Know that this place is very small. It is listed as a 1br with a king sized bed. It is really a studio and if the sofa bed (queen at most, more like full size) is open, there is not really any other "living space."If you don't need a place to hang out and your plan is to always be out and about and you just need a place to park your bags and sleep at night, this could be fine. For a mother and son traveling together, it was very tight. But we made it work and loved our time in Paris. Overall the place was clean. There was a folded blanket in the closet for our use with a troubling stain so we set it in the laundry basket. If you expect to find a very tiny place to park your bags in a very sweet location while you're out soaking up Paris, this will be fine.

Tiny But Terrific

This space is small but well planned . The neighborhood is terrific...interesting, easily walkable, near a convenient metro stop. When we were there it was cool and rainy so we were not able to use the small balcony. Everything worked very well for us. We had a great time. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

It was an absolutely wonderful staying here. The place was perfect for my partner and I. The views from the balcony were spectacular! It was right next to Goncourt for easy access to the metro. Anaïs was very helpful whenever we had questions and a great host. Overall a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay in a great location. Loved the view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur from the balcony, and the easy access to Metro, dining and Monoprix. The apartment is very compact, so given the length of our stay we found the lack of hanging and move around space a bit limiting for 2 people - but it would be fine for someone only staying a couple of days. Otherwise it was very well equipped with everything we needed, and made a great home base from which to explore magnificent Paris.

Wohnungsnot in Paris

Winzige Wohnung voll gepfropft mit privatem Plunder. Keinerlei Sitzmöglichkeit außer auf dem „Bett“, einer ausgezogenen abgenutzten Couch, die fast den ganzen Raum einnahm. Bettwäsche mit Flecken wirkte mehrfach benutzt. Auch die Ablage über der Schiebetür zum kleinen Bad voll gestopft mit zusammengeknüllten Laken und Bettzeug. Koffer auspacken illusorisch. Das Bad okay. Die Miniküche auch, aber wo zum Essen Platz nehmen? Für das Bistrotischchen auf dem Balkönchen war es zu kalt. Immerhin schöne Aussicht über die Dächer mit Blick auf Sacré Coeur und um die Ecke Eiffelturm in der Ferne. Interessantes, lebendiges, farbenfrohes Viertel.

Great neighbourhood and location. The host provided easy-to-follow instructions and was attentive. While the sheets and towels were clean the rest of the apartment was not. We received a note upon check-in that guests were responsible for cleaning the apartment for the next guest which likely contributed to the general level of cleanliness. This is someone's very small apartment which they clearly live in and not a hotel.

Small Apartment with great view

We spent a couple days in Paris and had a great view from the lovely balcony. You can see the Eiffel Tower as well as the sacre coeur. The street is a bit busy, but was never a big issue for us. Definitely would recommend Anaïs apartment

Perfect holiday

The apartment was perfect for my cousin and I. The metro station is at one minute walk. When we took our breakfast on the balcony you have a amazing view by the Eiffel Tower.

Amazing balcony view

A really cute, well decorated cozy apartment with everything you need for the stay. We loved cooking ourselves dinner and having a meal with views of the Eiffel tower every night, and the neighbourhood is really cool with stores and bakeries for everything you need.

Arty apartment with a nice view from a real balcony

Marvelous, small but cozy apartment with a nice view (Montmartre and Eiffel Tower!). Everything was clean and in good constitution. Nice contact, too :-) Perfect location for a city trip - not far to the centre with all the touristic sights and located close to some more moderat priced areas than the touristic ones.

Although this bdrm/bath/kitchen space was very small, it was fun and atmospherice. Artsy apt , well-appointed. Balcony sunset dining wirh Madame Eiffel in distance. Arab, African, Asian shops and nice people. Easy walk to metro. Book this vrbo run by Anais.

It is an authentic Paris apartment, the best thing about it was the balcony. You can actually see the Eiffel Tower and listen to the sounds of the neighbourhood. We consider ourselves as travellers instead of tourist. This was just right for us.

Super authentische Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war einfach Klasse!! Mit Blick vom Balkon auf den Eifelturm und Montmatre!! Sehr schön und authentisch eingerichtet. So hab ich mir immer eine Pariser Wohnung vorgestellt. Das Viertel ist super! Alles in Laufbahn. vom Super Bäcker über Supermarkt bis hin zu vielen Bars und Kneipen! netter Kontakt! Hat alles super und reibungslos geklappt! Also wenn’s wieder mal nach Paris geht würde ich sofort wieder diese Wohnung mieten!

This little Parisian apartment is a gem. It is clean, cute, centrally located, safe and the perfect place to stay while in Paris. Anais is wonderful over email/text and was a great resource. Answered my many questions and was very helpful. This apartment is as advertised and made our stay in Paris extra memorable-don't hesitate to book it if it is available.
