  • Bright one bedroom apt. overlooking rue Monge, on the 5th floor (with elevator and concierge). A bright living area with a large comfortable sofa, and a dining area. A private balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. <br><br>The American kitchen features modern designs and is fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed, night tables and bed lamps. The windows are double glazed so you can get a quiet night's sleep. A small writing desk for your computer and a printer. The bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower, large sink, hair dryer and bath towels. The toilet is in a separate room. <br><br>The apartment is a 2 minutes walk to the Censier Daubenton metro station (Line 7) and the Gobelins metro station (line 7). Bus lines 27, 24, 47, (Louvre)are one minute away and lines 83 (Orsay) and 91 are 3 minutes. Within walking distance of the apartment are Rue Mouffetard, the Luxembourg Garden, the Panthéon, the Jardin des Plantes, the River Seine, Notre Dame Cathedral, Cluny and the Arènes de Lutèce.

Very clean! Well located. Fairly quiet area :) Had a wonderful dinner right near the property! Starbucks around the corner. Host answered every question. Appreciated having a lift/elevator.

The apartment was spacious and extremely clean. Regine was very helpful, even offering for us to buy and additional fan during the heat wave and she would reimburse us. We had one fan and a cooling fan (add water to make a cooler breeze ) the apartment was cool at night even on the hottest days. The location was great we walked everywhere Would definitely stay here again. Loved the balcony, washing machin and dishwasher too. Friendly neighborhood

We had a great time staying in this apartment. The property is very clean and in a great location, within walking distance to bus/metro, cafes, and stores. The host communicates well and very helpful with informing us about the neighborhood and around Paris.

Beautiful, spacious & great location

A perfect base for our week long stay in Paris. Host was communicative and accommodating. Good wifi. Quiet building and quick access to cafés and metro.

Fantastic stay and location

We loved our stay, the apartment is the perfect place to base yourself to see Paris. The location is fantastic, close to the Metro with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep.Regine was great to deal with, so helpful and always responded quickly. She had someone meet us to show us the apartment at check in, everything you needed was supplied.I would absolutely recommend staying here, Paris is a beautiful city and the apartment made you felt like a real Parisian!

Perfect Location !

It was a pleasure to have the Metro so close, as well as boulangeries, wine stores and cafes. The building was quiet and friendly. I would recommend this flat. Host was lovely.

perfect place in perfect area

we where a couple working part time in the apartment and had a wonderful time there. Enough space, a well equipped kitchen and the nicest restaurants around the corner. The organization and communication with Regine was perfect. Any time again!

Yoli, qui s’occupe de l’appartement pour la propriétaire m’attendait à mon arrivée pour me remettre les clefs et toute les informations nécessaires pour un bon séjour. L’appartement est à 2 pas du métro et de plusieurs trajets d’autobus. Très propres, avec de grandes fenêtres, mieux en vrai que sur les photos.

Un merveilleux séjour

Un super appartement, tout est là, super propre. Un cadre fantastique avec des boutiques et des restaurants. Idéal pour faire du tourisme à Paris, tout est accessible en métro, en bus ou à vélo. La propriétaire est très gentille et répond aux demandes spéciales. Merci beaucoup pour tout !

Regine the owner and Yoli the property manager were utterly fantastic and so easy to communicate with. The apartment itself is delightful, fully equipped and Paris is at your doorstep! The balcony is wonderful for morning coffee and croissants as well as an evening glass of wine! Located on a quiet side street it was so comfortable at all hours. Restaurants, shopping and beautiful Paris are at your doorstep! We plan on returning again and again! Merci beaucoup for a magical visit!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage, das Appartement ist perfekt für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (Schlafcouch), die Gastgeberin wohnt sonst selbst dort und somit fehlt es an nichts! Die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit! Man fühlt sich wie zuhause! Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Cafés und Brasserien, die Métro fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Apartment not suitable for occupation. We could not stay there. No space to open latge suitcases due so much clutter on all surfaces. Toilet jam packed with cleaning tools including vacuum cleaner. Exerecise bike cluttering entrance and could not get large suitcases in.Agent refused to organise any form of of refund. We are now tottaly out of funds. Not suitable for traveller on long holidy elsewhere.

Perfect location, incredible host!

Regine was stellar in communicating with us from the start. She arranged things so we were able to check in early and was available throughout our stay for questions and just to check in on how we were doing. The apartment is clean, and the bed very comfortable! Quiet location but also walking distance to everything you need, and less than a five minute walk to the Metro station. Regine has a whole binder in the apartment with suggestions for eating and sightseeing. And having access to a washer during our 9 day stay was so helpful so we could pack light. Highly recommend this location for your Paris stay!

Live like a local!

Regine, the host was so personable and friendly. She was very responsive to all my messages. Her home is lovely and quaint and just what you want your home away from home to be. I felt like a Parisian. When I checked in, Regine showed me around the unit and took me on a tour of the neighbourhood and gave me some tips on the local establishments. I would highly recommend choosing the Latin Quarter and this unit. The location is perfect and a quick metro/bus/walk away. Great location and city to wander and get lost. Merci Regine
