At the corner of centers of interest apartment of 47 m2 on the first floor on street with one bedroom for 5 people. Air condition:

  • Small laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage.



  • Living room with HDTV, DVD, sofa bed for two, armchair, carpet and coffee table. Windows overlooking the street.



  • Bedroom with a bed of 160 cm * 200cm, bedside tables. Window on street.



  • Closed kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, hob and everything The necessary to cook and eat.

Excellent apartment

Great location! Apartment was clean and spacious for our family of four (two adults, two kids ages 13 and 11). I was afraid it would be noisy on the street but was mostly quiet except for Saturday night. Was nice to have two sofa beds - one for each kid. The apartment had air-conditioning which was a life-saver during the heat wave. Property manager communicated promptly when I messaged about the broken washing machine and needed new sheets.

Great spot!

You can’t go wrong with this location. Efficient use of space. Comfy beds, ample kitchen and bathroom + laundry! Absolutely will be back. Visit Paolo across the road for the best cappuccino and wine.

Good but could be better

The apartment is in a lovely area. We found it could get a bit noisy at night. The pull out couches were very firm which some of us liked and some of us did not. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped although I couldn't find any oven mitts. Not all of the blinds worked well. The biggest problem was that there was certainly not enough hot water for four people. For example one of us took a short shower in the morning and then we ran the dishwasher. Two other people wanted to shower that evening but there was no hot water at all, not even for washing a few dishes in the sink We reported this issue and management told us to flip a switch on the electrical panel but of course the water didn't heat up in time to shower that night. It may be that as in a couple of other places we have encountered the hot water heater is only set to come on at night, which is not really acceptable, especially when you have 4 people in the apartment. I would rent again for 2 people, mostly because I liked the area
