Wonderful stay at Chemin Vert Loft

My family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VERY lovely home. It's very close location to the Metro opened the ENTIRE city to us at a reasonable cost. The host were kind, considerate, informative, but most importantly responsive. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect in Paris

Great location, metro and bus a short walk away. Lots of good value local restaurants. Quiet at night. Lots of crockery and cutlery so no need to wash up after every meal. Host very informative and responsive.

Our Stay in the Marais

The property was super convenient for our group of 7. The bedrooms were amazingly efficient for our bags and laundry. We especially liked the separation of the shower from the toilet room upstairs which helped everyone get ready quicker in the a.m. Overall it was an amazing place to stay in Paris and the hosts were great at communicating.

Top Wohnung für Familien

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es war genug Platz für uns 6 Erwachsene und einen Elfjährigen...... Métro und Bus sind schnell erreichbar, Supermarkt, Bäcker usw direkt ums Eck! Restaurants genug in der Nähe.... Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen... Einziges Minus ist die Hellhörigkeit im Haus, alle Türen gehen sehr schwer auf und zu sodass man immer hörte, wenn nachts jemand auf die Toilette musste aber ich denke dies Problem ist zu beheben......

Amazing home and location

My family and I loved our stay here while we were in Paris. Jerome was very communicative and extremely detailed in the welcome instructions. He also provided several suggestions for things to do and places to eat nearby which was appreciated. The air conditioning was lovely, all 9 of us had a comfy place to sleep, and the overall vibe of the home was great. Couldn’t have been better! A++!!

The eight of us (family and friends) were quite comfortable in this clean, comfortable, well-located apartment. The only slight downside was an unexpected amount of late-night noise from the adjoining apartments. This was at most a minor annoyance, given the overall convenience and great location.

Great location, great hosts

We stayed here with a group of 9 family members, from ages 6 to 66! The access to subway and bus was incredibly easy, also easy grocery shopping and patisseries super close by :) The hosts were super responsive and friendly, easy to understand detailed explanations for check in and check out. Very easy to do with the key lock box in and out. Thank you to the hosts for being so welcoming and making everything so clear!! We miss Paris already!! :)

Tolles Appartement im wunderschönen Paris

Wir haben 3 Nächte in dem tollen Appartement von Maïtis und Jerome gewohnt. Alles war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Maïtis war reibungslos und der Aufenthalt sehr gut organisiert. Die Anbindung an das Métro Netz war super, wir haben aber fast alles zu Fuß gemacht. In der Nachbarschaft findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Es gibt auch sehr nette Restaurants und Bars. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Paris- ein Fest fürs Leben

Very nice property, accurate listing. Great amenities, excellent communication with personnel including the ladies taking care of the property. Excellent location, close to at least 4 metro stations.(unfortunately the strike is still on.) check in was easy. Really enjoyed staying here and hope to do so again.

globalement très bien

nous avons passé globalement un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, pièces spacieuses. commerces et transports très proches. Environnement très calme (loin de la rue), communication ok avec nos hôtes... Deux ou 3 petits points d'améliorations... L'isolation phonique avec les autres appartements n'est pas optimale, aussi lorsque des enfants courent dans le loft voisin, à 1h du mat... ça devient génant. le ménage est ok... mais pourrait être meilleur... des M&M’s traînaient encore un peu partout, surtout dans les fauteuils... Nous avons aussi signalé une fuite d'eau, importante, mais sans retour de nos hôtes... bizarre... quand on sait les dégâts que peut occasionner une fuite.

Family vacation

There were 7 of us staying here... 3 adults and 4 kids. The apartment was perfect for us. There was a store a block away to grab groceries or snacks, so that was great with kids. The owners let us leave our luggage in the apartment early, and then actually let us check out later than normal because there was no one staying there until the next day, which was awesome and unexpected.

Wonderful property ......

We found the apartment/loft was clean and very comfortable. There were six in our party (two couples, and two singles), and the accommodation more than met our needs. In a busy neighbourhood, it was an oasis of quiet after long days. The apartment has a central location, and is very convenient to amenities (grocery store, restaurants, etc..) and to transportation (buses, metro). It is also convenient to SNCF stations which made our two day trips outside the city easy (Vimy Ridge, Versailles). Maitis and Jerome were always responsive, and a pleasure with whom to deal.

Great, quiet location close to the metro, bakeries and groceries. Two families with 4 adults and 5 children stayed comfortably. Perfect for taking day trips throughout Paris and then eating dinners at the apartment. The owners quickly responded to all my emails/questions and were very helpful.
