The Space:
An exceptional-quality apartment offering nearly 50m² of extraordinary accommodation.

This superb space includes:

- a bedroom with a double bed (140x 200cm), equipped with storage to ensure a peaceful night and optimal comfort. For your comfort, we provide freshly washed sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels for the duration of your stay.

- a pristine bathroom equipped with a refreshing shower. Essentials such as a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and towels of all sizes are available. To be noted: the toilet is in a separate room.

- a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, including an oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine—perfect for your breakfast. With a full range of kitchen utensils, pots, and pans, you have everything you need to prepare a Parisian feast.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Taxi: Approximately 40 to 50 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €50 – €60.

Public Transport: Take the RER B towards Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse to Gare du Nord. Then transfer to Metro Line 2 towards Porte Dauphine and get off at Rome or Villiers station (10 minutes’ walk). Approximate travel time: 60 minutes.

From Orly Airport (ORY):
Taxi: Approximately 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €35 – €45.

Public Transport: Take the Orlyval tram to Antony station. Then take the RER B to Châtelet – Les Halles and transfer to Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Lazare. Exit at Saint-Lazare station (5 minutes’ walk). Approximate travel time: 45 to 55 minutes.

From Gare du Nord:
Taxi: Approximately 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €10 – €15.

Public Transport: Take Metro Line 4 towards Porte de Clignancourt and change at Barbès – Rochechouart for Line 2 towards Porte Dauphine. Exit at Rome station (10 minutes’ walk). Approximate travel time: 20 minutes.

Saint-Lazare Station (Lines 3, 12, 13, 14 & suburban trains): Just 5 minutes’ walk, offering direct access across Paris and beyond.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Late check-ins will only be accepted the next day starting at 9:30 AM. Additional charges may apply for non-compliance with check-in hours.
Early Check-in: If you wish to check in before 3:00 PM, we can confirm availability only 24 hours in advance, with an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rate.
Late Check-out: If you wish to check out after the official check-out time, we can confirm availability 24 hours in advance, with an additional charge of 50% of the nightly rate.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of €250 is required to access the property. This must be paid online via SWIKLY using a credit card. You will receive a refund within 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are found.

Additional Charges:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Rules:
Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors. Significant noise disturbances may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Internet Use:
Do not use the internet access for unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted works.
Accessing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is strictly forbidden. Please understand that any internet connectivity issues due to problems with telecommunication providers are not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.

Professional Use and Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, business meetings, or commercial use will be allowed without prior consent. Please contact us for specific rates and authorizations.

Minimum Age for Booking:
The minimum age for booking is 21. Individuals under 21 will only be allowed to enter if an adult meeting the age criteria is present. Otherwise, access will be refused, and no refund requests will be accepted.
