When inquiring or submitting a booking request, please provide as many details as possible about yourself and your fellow travelers. What brings you to Paris? Have you reviewed the flat’s policies, and are you prepared to follow them? A fully refundable €800 security deposit is required to cover potential damages, key loss, or policy breaches. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests, including children and infants.

Property Details: This 60-sqm apartment spans the 4th and 5th floors of a building without an elevator. The inviting living area features a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table, and chairs. A fast 1 Gbps Wi-Fi connection ensures seamless remote work and streaming.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a sink, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, stove, drip coffee maker, microwave, and more. Complete sets of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen essentials are provided, along with a washing and drying machine. Iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom are also available.

The first and second bedrooms feature double beds with quality mattresses, while the third bedroom has a single bed. Fresh linens, comforters, pillows, and towels are provided for each guest. The bathroom, accessible from the hallway, includes a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a hairdryer, complimentary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

*In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 late check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 late check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for necessary purposes, such as inspection, maintenance, or showings to potential renters. Entry will be with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency. Property viewings are typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

House Rules and Policies

Please note for reservations valued over €3000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared.

Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior. Any harassment or verbal abuse directed toward our staff will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to €800.

Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.

Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.

Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to €800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: €50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; €90 after 10:00 PM.
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Keys: Lost or damaged keys/key fobs will incur a fee of €200 for keys and €300 for key fobs. Please follow the check-out process carefully to ensure keys are returned as directed.

Mail and Packages: No deliveries or mail may be sent to this address due to privacy concerns. Any unapproved items will be refused.

Maintenance Requests: We work with the property management team to address maintenance issues. Non-urgent issues (e.g., blinds, curtains) will be addressed after any emergency needs.

No Pets Allowed: Please refer to the pet policy for further details.

No Parties: A strict no-party policy is enforced. Violations (parties, gatherings, or unapproved guests) will incur a fine of up to €10,000.

Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please respect quiet hours by limiting noise, refraining from wearing shoes inside, and avoiding loud activities.

Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and in any building common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these house rules.
