3rd night of our stay there was a mouse in the apartment. I called the receptionist 5 times over the course of 2.5 hours & each time she stated that management would call me back in a few minutes. Management called me after two hours & offered a lengthy apology but stated that there was nothing that they could do until the morning. I moved hotels as a result. Second morning, I woke up to no hot water in the bathroom. The first night there there was not a set of sheets for the pullout couch where my son was planning to sleep. Again, management said they would be by in the morning. However, unfortunately that meant my son spent the night curled up in a ball shivering. The maintenance technician that came on two occasions was incredibly kind & thorough. The manager however, although they ended up providing me with a refund, was non-responsive, made promises unkept, and required repeated reminders to address the issues I experienced.
