The separate kitchen is fully equipped and its thoughtful layout makes it a pleasant and quiet space to cook.

The bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a toilet, along with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Please note that the shower is quite narrow.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non EU residents.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.
