The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this ideally located apartment, just a few steps from the Palais Garnier! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to four people.
The apartment includes:
• A bright and welcoming living room: has a double sofa bed with a real mattress for two people (140 × 200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space and unlimited Wi-Fi access.
• A sleeping area: equipped with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding and storage.
• A bathroom: includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: hotplates, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans…
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
The apartment also has a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board.

You will stay in a lively, central and typically Parisian district of the 9th arrondissement, a stone's throw from Pigalle and the Grands Boulevards, perfect for discovering Paris on foot. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in unmissable addresses like KB Coffee Roasters, Le Pantruche, Bouillon Pigalle or Pink Mamma, all very renowned for their ambiance and tasty cuisine. Professional Housekeeping: Our housekeeping team will prepare the apartment for your arrival and ensure it is spotless upon your departure.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you need a cot or high chair, please notify us in advance (with at least 72 hours' notice). These items are subject to availability, and we’ll be happy to provide them.
Please note that we do not supply baby linens.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, along with any applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online only by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are reported.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, as loud disturbances may result in deposit deductions.
Be aware of ongoing construction within the building; we cannot assume responsibility for any inconveniences this may cause.
Internet Access:
Kindly refrain from engaging in unauthorized online activities. We cannot be held responsible for connection malfunctions.
Age Requirement:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Guests under 21 may stay only if accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement. Otherwise, entry will be denied, and no refund requests will be accepted.
