Beautiful 69m2 apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms, two showers rooms near the Georges Pompidou museum with a resolutely colorful style:








• Open kitchen fully equipped, with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, and all the necessary for cooking.


• Large living room with sofa bed for two adults, armchair, coffee table, HD TV, internet and storage cabinet. Window on street


• Cocktail area with round table and chairs.


• First bedroom in second day, with a bed of 160 * 200 cm, storage, dressing. Illuminated by a day well. Canopy overlooking the living space


• First independent shower room with shower, sink and hairdryer.


• Second bedroom on the second day with a bed of 160 * 200 cm, dressing and storage. Illuminated by a day well. Canopy overlooking the living space


• Second shower room connected to the second bedroom with walk-in shower, sink and hairdryer.


• 1 separate WC.


The linen is provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Electrical blind isolating the skylights.





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Superb Small Apartment & Location

Perfect apartment for my family of five. Convenient to public transportation including multiple metro locations / lines. Tons of cafes, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc. within walking distance. Apartment has just about everything we needed for multi day stay. Definitely recommend!

Spacious clean apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay. I really liked the neighborhood. The street it is on is very quiet but it is a very short walking distance to two very lively streets/areas. We easily walked to the Centre Pompidou, Norte Dame, the Louvre, Seine, etc. there are at least 3 metros within a very short walking distance and several grocery stores within a couple of blocks. The 2 beds were very comfortable (in the bedrooms). The sofa bed is a different story. If you have a light sleeper in your group the sofa bed isn’t going to work. The bed makes so much noise any time you move. The living room has curtains (but not blackout curtains) so the street lights were fairly bright in the living room all night. This wasn’t an issue for either of the bedrooms. The manager was very easy to communicate with. Check in was simple. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Really enjoyed the stay - service from the property management team was excellent, with Cecile waiting for us and giving us a tour of the flat. Communication was excellent and very timely. The flat was very well kept and we very much enjoyed it!!

Romaine was very helpful and informative. It was a great location right across the street from a wine bar and coffee house. walking distance to many neighborhoods and famous sites. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked, but make sure you get instructions on how to work the shower door. Nicely decorated and spacious,

Great location and comfortable apartment

The apartment was clean, attractive, comfortable. We were able to sleep comfortably and enjoy breakfast in the apartment before leaving to visit the sites of the city which were within walking distance or a short ride on the metro or in a taxi. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful apartment

Apartment is just like advertised. No extra amenities (soaps, etc.) come with the apartment. Communication with property managers was excellent. Location is wonderful to give you the "Parisian" life.

Wonderful, albeit very open

This apartment is lovely - very clean with great space and in a great location. We loved that it was incredibly quiet despite being near so many popular areas, and the space is very clean. Our one major knock on the apartment is that there is only one toilet, and it's essentially located in the middle of the living room and kitchen, making privacy a major challenge, especially for 4 people staying in the apartment.

Perfect for our trip

This was trip to Paris with our granddaughter and the size of the apartment gave her the privacy she needed. If was equipped with all we needed. Beds were comfortable and the showers good once we figured out how to control temperature. Neighborhood provided what we needed, a short walk to morning croissants, grocery store nearby, full range of restaurants. Meto was a reasonable walk. Only downside if you have a bad knee was the 22 steps up to the apartment after a long day in Paris. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a friend.

Fijn huis midden in Le Marais. Echter wel wat punten van aandacht, je kan pp heel kort douchen anders is het warme water op. En een afwaskast, afwasmiddel zou prettig zijn. Verder goed geoutilleerd huis en schoon.

Great Apartment in the City

This apartment was a perfect fit for our small family of 5. The two bedrooms and fold-out couch make it a great option over any hotel. It is close walking distance to major Metro stations, grocery stores, laundry, and the train to CDG. The surrounding neighborhood has a number of nice restaurants and very nice shopping areas as well. The management team are very responsive and went to extra lengths to make sure we were checked in ok, and understood the property. We’ll definitely consider again in the future.

Great property

Great property near Le Marais district. Clean and modern apartment. Quiet street across from a lovely wine bar and greet coffee shop. Didn’t have basic amenities like shampoo, soap and washing detergent. A bit of a musty smell to the room and in a very old apartment block.

Magnificent Location!

We had a wonderful time in Paris. Our housing was fantastic! Communication with the agency was great and they were very helpful in getting us sorted. Everything was clean and nicely maintained. I would recommend this place 110%. We will definitely return when we visit Paris next year!
