Spectacular duplex apartment with a huge living room, dining room, 3 double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. It has a stunning planted terrace where 6 people can dine. A/C, central heating, B&O sound system, wifi and lots of art and antiques
This elegant, sunny and roomy apartment is a beautiful two-storey On the lower level there is a huge living room with hardwood floors and a romantic fireplace. The living room has direct access to the terrace and the dining veranda. On lower floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a large state-of the-art-kitchen. Floads of light coming from the large windows on each side and the glass roof. 2 sculptural staircases lead to separate king suites on the upper level, each with air conditioning . The bathrooms are floored and walled with the best Italian glass mosaic. One has a jacuzzi. Bed linens, towels, kitchen ware, glass ware and all accessories and details have been chosen with taste. This amazing apartment will accommodate 6 people in style calm and cosiness.
It is equiped with reversible air condtionning, central heating, wifi, cable TVs, B&O sound system.

This property is truly amazing as advertised: Well furnished, large and spacious, beautiful dining room, private ensuite bedrooms, and extremely comfortable. The location is wonderful with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

Artistic Gem

This property was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples. We each had our own suite with bath/shower and king size bed. The space was unusually large for a Paris apartment and was filled with art and antiques. The location was very convenient to all of Paris and there was a wonderful market street nearby. Because it is in the rear of the building there was no street noise. The kitchen was well equipped with full sized appliances and plenty of dishware. Absolutely wonderful!

Great stay

We had a great time at this apartment - the host was extremely responsive and communication was easy. The location was also fantastic - we would definitely stay here again. The apartment is elegant and spacious. Note if you have toddlers, there are two spiral staircases without railings in the apartment that children should be mindful of. Thanks for your hospitality!

AMAZING APARTMENT IN FABULOUS LOCATION

I can’t say enough good things about this listing. The owner was so responsive with any questions we had or things we needed. When we walked into the living room, we all said “wow”. It is an absolutely beautiful, spacious place. Also a block from Rue Mouffetard which we loved. Highly recommend.

Spatious propery with many excellent features

The main living areas (living room, veranda dining room, kitchen) are roomy and bright. The kitchen was very functional with a full-size refrigerator and a host of other appliances, dishes, cutlerly etc. The large patio was a treat. For older renters it must be said that the apartment is two floors above street level and two of the bedrooms are one floor higher. The owner was very helpful, answered our several questions promptly and helped us arrange cleaning service mid-way in our stay. The location can't be beat with nearby Marche Mouffetard and its wonderful shops. We sampled the many boulangeries and were not disappointed by any. There are some nice restaurants nearby and a very convenient metro station. The air conditioning in the main floor was very handy during the brief heat wave in the middle of our stay (nearly 90 degrees F for two days). One upstairs bedroom lacks AC and got stuffy on warm evenings. Given its size and location this apartment contributed greatly to our enjoyment of two weeks in Paris and was a very good value.

Lots of space in a great neighborhood

The house was very spacious and airy. It was very near a great street with lots of shops and restaurants. We went every lunchtime for oysters and white wine!

Large, well furnished and a great neighborhood

This is an unusually large apartment. All three bedrooms offer privacy and comfort. The apartment is well furnished and has many amenities. The terrace and dining area where extras on top of the sound system throughout the apartment. I would recome down this apartment for up to 3 couples, or a family traveling. The neighborhood is wonderful with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook meals whenever we wanted. The dining area was great for formal dining, the terrace was great for coffee and wine in the afternoon.
