A2 Suite Studio 175Blo-Paris Convention

Dear Ms, Mr.

Thank you for your request. It will be a pleasure to welcome you in 175Blo-Paris.

All our accommodations are located in a former printing house completely renovated in 2019 and fully equipped. 
The residence is located in Paris XV, 3 minutes walk from the Metro Convention line 12, and 9 minutes walk from “Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles. From here you will have access to all Paris attractions within 20 to 30 minutes by Metro.

Our ground floor “Suites Studios” (30 sqm) have a very large bay window but no balcony. They are fully equipped, with a Queen size bed and a Sofa bed (in the same room). All apartments are designed with a smart lighting system that gives you control of a general switch (on/off and scenarios) of the lights from the entrance and from the bedside.

Check-in starts at 3pm check-out at 11am. This is a self check-in automated process via QR Code access badge, so your a free to arrive anytime at your convenience past 3pm. Your private email will be required to send you the QR Code.

IMPORTANT: For your safety, street entrance and residence entrance are both 24/7 with a Digit-Code and public areas such as entrance lobby and corridors have cameras.

This is a superb place. Even better than the pictures. The high tech light controls from all locations is awesome, but takes getting used to. Great kitchen, washroom, shower. Bed is very comfortable. Quiet like a cave, but close to everything. It's in a great, relaxing, safe neighborhood with excellent boulangeries, restaurants, and close-by Metro station. I love the people and the street market. This is excellent value, a studio we plan on returning to in future Paris trips, even if we could afford a bigger place to stay.

We just did not have a great experience with this. We got into the room and it had a ton of mosquitoes inside, and within a few minutes we also saw a mouse in the kitchen. There were no sheets or blankets provided for the sofa bed and there was no response from the manager. I don’t know if they expected us to supply our own?The room was also tiny (which I suppose we knew going in) but it’s even smaller than we expected. We ended up checking out early and checking into a different place. I figured we would ask for a refund (not expecting one exactly, but it would have been a nice gesture.) Three weeks later and they have been unresponsive.None of these things on their own would be enough to be worth posting this review, but with combined with the poor communication, it’s difficult to recommend this host.

Perfection!

Beautiful apartment! Spacious, clean, quiet and well equipped. Perfect location, just around the corner from Metro line. Grocery store and laundromat steps away. Property manager is very easy to get in touch with and is just great! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Une très belle expérience!

Great Spot in Paris

I thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Blanchisserie Studio Suite in Paris. While the entryway might not look like much at first glance, once inside, the space feels luxurious and inviting. It's perfectly sized for two people, offering comfort and plenty of room. The suite was clean, well-maintained, and situated in a great location. We had no trouble with the QR code or accessing the building and apartment. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!

Logement avec toutes les commodités et bien situé!

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans ce logement. Très confortable, silencieux, bien équipé. Il est bien situé pour explorer Paris avec les transports en commun, tout en nous donnant l'occasion de vivre dans un quartier moins touristique. Il y a plusieurs commerces et restos dans le voisinage. Merci aux hôtes qui nous ont bien accueillis!

Great little place

Two friends and I stayed here while attending a conference at the Paris expo center and it was an easy 10-15 min walk there. We also walked to the Catacombs of Paris and the Eiffel Tower both about a 45 min walk with lots of small cafes to eat at on the way. Ubers to and from the Charles de Gaul airport were easy to schedule and the trip took an hour at 8pm and 30 mins at 6:45am and cost €60-€70 each way. Uber to the Eiffel Tower was €15. It was a very nice place to stay but quite small. Both the bed and pull out couch were comfortable.

Très satisfait de mon séjour. La localisation, la configuration des lieux, la cuisine moderne et bien équipée la salle de bain, la literie, ont permis un séjour confortable et pratique. Le dysfonctionnement rencontré lors de l'entrée (le QR code de la porte ne fonctionnait pas), a été immédiatement réglé. Merci!
