LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Large windows overlooking a picture-perfect balcony bathe the apartment in light. Neutral interiors are lifted by the odd pop of colour and some rather enviably healthy houseplants. In the colder months you can ensconce yourself on the sofa and admire the view from inside, but on warmer days we'd recommend letting the breeze of a Parisian summer flow in through the doors, and enjoy a crisp Pinot on the balcony — where there are even more plants to admire! The kitchen is neat and trim; uniting modern units and clean lines, and there's a small dining table, perfect for four.

BEDROOM
If you're looking for a serene night's sleep, this one delivers on all fronts. Immaculate, white interiors and soft lighting guarantee the kind of calm you need after a busy day's sightseeing. Nestled at the back of the living room, it also boasts a TV for an extra ounce of indulgence.

BATHROOM
Staying on-brand with a fresh palette, this sleek, modern bathroom features a Bathtub, wash basin, and WC. You'll also find the washer-dryer tucked away in here too.

BALCONY
Dotted with greenery and affording rooftop views, this is place to sit out on a sunny evening. We're particularly keen on the stripy awning that somehow makes the whole picture a touch more Parisian.

The two desk spots, where you can study-buddy together if you're working from home. The artwork is also used sparingly but to brilliant effect — especially the two colourful canvases in the corner.

Home Truths:
No smoking, pets or parties! This apartment is on the 5th floor with lift access. The bed is a Queen-sized double ottoman and is tucked behind the living room space. Please note, the air conditionning takes the shape of  one portable air-conditionning unit, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window, leaving these slightly open during use. When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
