The Urban Flat in Paris Team is happy to welcome you in this charming apartment in the heart of Paris.



We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.



Apartment description:

One room with a double bed

One living room with a triple sofa bed

Bathroom (shower + wc)

In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.



The apartment is 32 m².

The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, electric heating, air-conditioned, 1 TV.

In the open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



Jean offers you in the heart of Paris this old fashion workshop completely renovated in the spirit of the rue Saint Denis district famous for its Parisian women and trendy restaurants.

A charming apartment composed of a living room with fully equipped open space kitchen.



Children are welcome however the neighbourhood is not ideal for a family.



The tourist tax is applicable



ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited there and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without compensation and on the spot



For all reservation during new years, a deposit of 750 euros will be requested



This apartment is on the 2nd floor without a elevator.

When we arrived at the property it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Rubbish bags were piled up in the kitchen, the bed was messed up, the bedframe itself was broken, and the bathroom was filthy. When we complained, the unit was cleaned, but not very well. The staff at the agency were generally very unhelpful and don't check messages sent to them through the Abritel messaging platform that they use to message you. The extractor fan in the bathroom was broken. Eventually someone was sent to fix it, but they were unable to. They said they would be back shortly with the part needed and never returned. This caused an already hot apartment to be even more uncomfortable to stay in. The wifi did not work throughout our stay, and as the TV was not connected to an aerial, that meant that we had no TV either.

DO NOT BOOK – MISLEADING LISTING, UNSAFE CONDITIONS, AND DISMISSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am deeply disappointed and appalled by our experience with this flat. The listing is completely misleading. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the entrance covered in graffiti and the stairwell leading up to the flat was not only filthy, but dangerously unsafe. Inside, the space was visibly dirty, neglected, and nowhere near the standard of cleanliness you’d expect from a rental.After checking in and immediately reaching out to the host, we received no meaningful assistance or accountability. There was no offer of a refund — only an additional cleaning, which did absolutely nothing to resolve the deeper issues with the property. The flat remained uncomfortable and unsanitary, and we couldn’t bring ourselves to stay a single night.To make matters worse, when I escalated the issue to customer service, I was completely dismissed. Instead of addressing our legitimate safety and cleanliness concerns, I was belittled and told these were “minor issues.” That level of disregard is unacceptable, especially when you’re dealing with travelers who’ve spent their hard-earned money and trusted the platform to provide a safe place to stay.We were forced to scramble for a last-minute hotel, which cost us an additional 1,900 — completely out of pocket. This experience not only ruined the start of our trip but left us feeling deceived, unsupported, and taken advantage of.The listing should be taken down until it accurately reflects the state of the property. AVOID at all cost.

Decepcionante

Las fotos no son la realidad, cocina mal cuidada, el sofá cama imposible de dormir , incomodo, con ruido toda la noche de la nevera y el wifi. Lavabo sin poder colgar las toallas y personal con ningun tipo de empatia. Pagamos apartamento para cuatro y solo habian 2 taburetes para poder comer.! No volveremos !

Enjoyed

The location was great and the apartment was super cute. But the pullout bed unfortunately was not comfortable, but the large bed was very comfortable. The biggest downside was that the WiFi was horrible. It didn’t work the entire stay and someone came to try to fix it, but it still didn’t work after. If you don’t care about WiFi, then this place is perfect.

Saint Denis - French Can Can apartment

We stayed three nights at this cozy apartment. Overall we enjoyed the stay. We had some simple meals and the small kitchen worked for us. Kitchen has enough utensils to prepare quick meals. We keep some drinks and snacks in the fridge. Shower is spacious enough. The bed was comfortable and all was clean. The sofa has three twin size beds, although no proper mattress, they could be a bit uncomfortable for an adult. No real space for a proper dining table, however we managed as we only has breakfast a couple of days and late night snacks. A couple of the nights there were noisy people walking by on the street and it was loud enough to wake us up. Staff was really helpful throughout the reservation, checking and checkout.

Gut gelegenes Appartement

Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig, aber nicht gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt und auch ruhig. Das Bett ist gut. Viele der Deckenstrahler gehen nicht, sonst wäre es noch greller. Küche gut eingerichtet, Bad gut. Schlafsofas als Couch in der Küche eher ungemütlich. Wir waren 1 Stunde vor check in da und fanden es komisch angeboten zu bekommen für 50€ eine Stunde früher einchecken zu können... oder die Koffer solange für 5€/Koffer einzustellen. Da sind wir mit Koffern für das Geld erstmal essen gegangen und haben dann eingecheckt.
