The Urban Flat In Paris team is pleased to welcome you to this fully renovated old apartment with a surface area of 70sqm which can accommodate up to 10 people, ideally for 7 persons.



We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.



Our apartment is ideal to welcome 11 people for their stay in Paris.



It is provided with Wifi, hair dryer, electric heaters and TV .



The vast living room, bathed in daylight, gives an impression of calm and serenity thanks to its pastel tones and light beige woodenfloor.



Its open plan kitchen ( refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided) , will welcome you with your friends or family for a convivial moment, sharing a good plate of french cheeses and red wine.



Its two little balconies will be the ideal place to relax after a crazy day in the capital.



Ideally located in the Sentier neighborhood, you are two steps away from the famous rue de Montorgueil and the trendy Marais area. Once upon a time, rue du Caire was dedicated to the textile industry, year after year, it became the little street of starts-up including the events of NUMA which brings modernity, technology and a digital touch to the area. Hungry or in the mood for shopping? Just go down and wander around, you will find everything you need. Oh! Don’t forget to take a stroll down the Grands Boulevards! You are going to love the live performances. !

We are happy to give you access to our GYM for FREE, located on 5 rue du Ponceau, 75002, open everyday from 9am to 6pm. Please book your time slot either at our agency on 199 rue Saint Denis
