Totalmente renovado y audazmente diferente de cualquier otro alquiler en el área, quedarse en esta casa creará recuerdos duraderos!


De hecho, tendrá dos casas, pero ahora conectadas, lo que resultará en una propiedad peculiar y pintoresca llena de sorpresas divertidas ...
Una casa era la casa de Caretaker, la otra era el apartamento y el establo de Coachdriver. Eso se remonta a aproximadamente 1850. Al renovar las casas, quisimos preservar elementos que nos recuerden su historia.

Hoy, disfrutará de cuatro amplios dormitorios, tres baños, una cocina bien equipada adyacente a una sala de estar muy luminosa y grande. También hay otra sala de estar / TV / Juego, Play .. así que hay espacio suficiente para dos familias. Una de las habitaciones está en la planta baja; No hay necesidad de subir escaleras para nada.

Por supuesto, hay todo lo que necesita: desde televisores de pantalla grande (con Netflix y Amazon Prime, Blue Ray con muchos DVD) hasta barbacoas y muebles de jardín. Pero también para los meses más fríos hay una estufa de leña y nosotros suministramos leña. Hay aire acondicionado que también calienta. Hay un montón de juegos y juguetes.

Si el tiempo lo permite, abrimos la piscina climatizada a mediados de abril y la cerramos en algún momento de septiembre. La casa está ubicada en un jardín de 2 acres con áreas de juego como columpios y toboganes, un gran juego de ajedrez y cuando paseas puedes encontrarte con nuestro pollo muy tranquilo y amigable que camina libremente.

La casa no solo está cerca de Disneyland (aproximadamente 10 minutos como máximo), sino que está más cerca de uno de los centros comerciales más grandes de Europa: Val D`Europe, con su enorme tienda.
París se encuentra a solo 30 km y, fuera de los horarios de viaje típicos, no tardará más de 30 minutos en llegar a la ciudad. Pero también está el RER y es fácil aparcar cerca para subir a este tren.

Qué hacer ?
Bueno, aparte de Disneyland París y la ciudad en sí, hay mucho que ver y hacer: hay muchos castillos cerca; Vaux le Vicomte, Fontainebleau, Champs Compiègne, etc. El área de champagne está a una hora de distancia y podemos recomendar algunos pequeños productores muy buenos.
París ofrece infinitas opciones con muchos museos, sitios históricos, recorridos por el río, mercados (antiguos) y, por supuesto, las muchas opciones culinarias.

Cerca de nosotros se encuentra Lagny-sur-Marne: una antigua y pequeña ciudad donde se pueden encontrar en el mercado productos frescos de los agricultores locales. Esta es el área de Brie, pero encuentras el queso que quieras.

A su llegada se hacen sus camas. Tendrás toallas y ropa de cocina. Limpieza al final de su también se incluye.
La casa es cómoda para 10 personas y uno o dos bebés.
Dos habitaciones tienen camas dobles, las otras habitaciones tienen cada una tres camas individuales.

Un baño solo tiene ducha. Los otros baños tienen bañera y ducha (separada).

Dream stay in Dream House!

My husband and I just spent 6 nights at Dream House with our daughter, husband and 3 granddaughters and it really was a special experience for all of us! It is a beautiful property and the house is full of character and charm, with tasteful updates. Our host, Vic, could not do enough for us.Uber made it easy and convenient to travel back and forth to Disney Paris and we had a wonderful time at the large heated pool and adjacent grass area , where we played badminton.Thank you again Vic and Mieke.

The most amazing, idyllic property

Well what can I say? From start to finish, everything was perfect. The property itself is absolutely stunning, keeping its beautiful old French character yet renovated with modern style, and it has everything you would possibly need for your stay. The hosts, who live opposite were so friendly and welcoming, on hand if we needed them but also completely respected our privacy. The pool is fabulous and the kids had so much fun, even in the cool enough weather the pool was warm. The house is only a 10/15 min drive from Disney and it was easy to get Ubers everywhere yet you’re also immersed in nature. The kids had so much fun and privacy for themselves too with plenty of space to read, play or watch tv. Thank you to Vic and Mieke for a fabulous family holiday. We will never forget it : )

Exceptional property near Disneyland and Paris

This is an exceptional property (with the most amazing hosts) set in parkland with swimming pool and extremely easy access to travel to Disneyland and into Paris. We were a family of 10 (3 generations) and the accommodation couldn’t have been better to give the children the freedom to play inside or outside. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, children’s toys and accessories that make your stay so comfortable. The host Vic was the most helpful both before and during our stay. Even after our stay (when we forgot something) Vic found a solution to get this sorted. Vic even went to get some groceries from the supermarket before our arrival when our flight was delayed. There was also a very welcome bottle of wine to start us off with. Vic checked in a couple of times during our stay when he saw us in the garden and when we arrived back late he left lanterns out in the driveway to welcome us back. Vic was always so keen to do everything to make our holiday comfortable. Can be difficult to find the location of the property due to private no entry drive but this makes it more special, quiet and private and once you’ve found it/taxis locate it it’s very easy to find. Nice walks around lake locally, Val de Europe for all your shopping and plenty of supermarkets and train stations. So just a perfect holiday location.

Our family loved it!

As we entered the gate to the property, everyone was in awe of the beauty of the owner’s residence and our own dream house for the week. The grounds over the entire property are beautiful although it is a work in progress, it was still very well kept. We arrived the first week of April, and there was a lot of landscaping going on in preparation for Spring and Summer. We were greeted with the sounds of nature every morning. We enjoyed bird-watching, and hiking a nearby trail to the river that merges with the Seine River, we saw tulips blooming, and even saw deer on a few occasions. The Dreamhouse is close to Disneyland, Mall shopping and local markets on certain days. We stayed for my Mother and Mother-in-laws 80th birthdays this year and they still can’t stop raving about it. Its rustic charm and modern amenities made us feel at home and the owners Vic and Mieke welcomed us with open arms. We highly recommend you stay here…and stay longer than a week!

Exploring East Paris

My wife and I are on a month long trip around Europe with another couple. We where looking for a unique experience outside of the touristy areas and this place is amazing. Plenty of local shops, 10 minutes from Disney, and about an hour drive to some historic Chateaus or the champagne area. The house is clean, very unique and Vic is the most helpful host you could ask for. I will stay here again.

An Estate In The Woods

Heading to the Paris Olympics, kinda last minute, we found Maison de Jardin. An amazingly private estate in the woods. Vic and Henrietta were amaizing hosts, with some valuable insights on food and attractions that most aren’t aware of. The “House” is really a combination of two older buildings combined into an intimate but open layout. There were 6 of us, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and beautiful gardens just added the right amount of AHHH.

Family stay in July 2024

Having booked this super early and without realising it was the week before the Olympic Games began, we were amazed that it was so secluded and extremely close to Paris centre as well as Disneyland and Val de Europe AND that everywhere wasn’t overcrowded. Our hosts were excellent and super helpful. Absolutely idyllic spot and fantastic pool which the toddlers all really enjoyed. Even had inflatables and a badminton net adjacent for the adults to entertain themselves. We’d certainly come again if wanting a safe environment for the children within easy access of so many sights and attractions. Thank you so much Vic for a memorable and enjoyable stay - Barbara et al

My Paris Experience

If you are looking for Parisian Charm away from the city this property is great. The house was very clean and well stocked for a home away from home. The host were very gracious and helped beyond expectations. Having a car was very helpful in this location. Though there is one bedroom located on first level all other bedrooms have stairs to access. The open family area is a great plus to being together and there was plenty of space and chairs for 10 people. Loved it.

Perfect home for our family. We loved all the things to do, both inside and out to keep kids entertained while at the house. We loved the pool, giant chess board, and the many options for games and movies. Hosts were wonderful and had great communication.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Very well equipped. Great location for Disney. However we didn’t have a car so used Ubers which were also great and Uber eats delivered groceries and an Italian meal. The hosts Vic & Henrietta were lovely and took us shopping on our first day.

Séjour parfait!

Un havre de paix à moins d’1 heure de Paris. La disposition de la maison est idéale pour venir entre amis ou famille avec des enfants et ne pas se gêner quand les enfants se lèvent tôt ou que certains veillent tard. Les perruches et écureuil qui s’arrêtent picorer font le bonheur des enfants. Cueillette de la ferme avec petit marché de bons produits à 5min La piscine est chauffée et très agréable. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins tout en étant très discrets.

Good place

We were 5 adults and 3 children aged 9, 12 and 13. The house is a clever but curious conversion and very spacious. The living area/kitchen can take 10 people easily. 1 double bedroom is on the ground floor with a separate toilet and also a shower/bath room. Another double bedroom with ensuite is on the first floor and also has a single bed (good for a child who needs care/supervision). The third double bedroom is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with the final bedroom room up on the loft floor, which has 3 single beds. We put the kids up at the top because their legs were younger!!! The Dutch hosts who live next door are great and very willing to help and solve any minor issues that arose. Will definitely consider going back when the weather is warmer and the pool is open.

Nice secluded spot

We rented the property to get outside of Paris and still be close enough to visit. It is in a perfect spot as it is close to shops and restaurants but gives you a feel of being secluded. If you plan on staying I recommend renting a smaller car as the area can be a tight squeeze. We had a van and parking was difficult in certain spots locally. Taking the train to Paris was easy and we had a great meal nearby and Fort Mardi in Montévrain. Highly recommended. Overall the house was perfect for our large group and Vic was very responsive.

The hosts were so communicative before and during our stay. Property is excellent for socialising with the family and has all of the amenities needed. It’s a really beautiful house and grounds. Nice touches in the evenings when we returned from Disney, like a lit pumpkin on the doorstep, and candles lit along the drive. They even left some wine in the fridge for when we arrived. Really easy to commute to Disney - less than 10 mins in an Uber that was 14 euros each way. Supermarket close by too. I’m nitpicking but my only recommendation if you’re staying here is to take your own pillows as the ones provided are quite uncomfortable. And psyche yourself up for the early checkout after days walking around theme parks etc. Will 100% stay here again.

Disney land Paris stay for 4 adults 2 kids

The house was absolutely beautiful, really clean plenty of towels too super comfy beds our children loved the little toys that were in the house for them to play with. Lots of shops near by and a big shopping mall - we hired a car as we were visiting Disneyland Paris so was easy for us to drive around to. Owners kept in touch with us on the lead up and during our stay very helpful people. We would definitely book here again.

Marvelous vacation stay!

The house and grounds are lovely. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed, great for people who like to cook or have breakfast at home. The hosts were extremely flexible in setting up the rooms and beds to accommodate our large group’s needs. We were able to get back-and-forth to Paris easily, and the house was also a good location for traveling to other places such as the Loire Valley, Burgundy, and Switzerland. There are also easily accessible food stores, and other shopping. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and charming. We can’t imagine a better place to stay!

Amazing beautiful Villa. Way above expectations and suited us perfectly! It felt as if you was in the middle of nowhere but actually only 10mins from Disneyland Paris. We will be definitely booking again as it was a villa you could stay the week and not go anywhere else. Added bonus of seeing wild boars, piglets and the parakeets. Just a fantastic experience. Little hidden gem! Thank you to you both it was a lovely holiday x
