The property was just as described and pictured. Centrally located and it had great air conditioning. It worked out very well for our family of three. Claude was a very friendly and accommodating host. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Claude was an excellent host! The apartment was conveniently located to the Sentier Metro stop, grocery stores and restaurants. The use of the washer and dryer was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful spot to call home base in Paris. More of a local vibe without tourists everywhere, but close enough to all the sights either by walking or metro. Walking distance to all types of restaurants, boulangeries, fromageries, bars, bistros, etc. I would definitely stay here again! Claude was very responsive……even when we locked ourselves out at 9 pm one night! Thanks again!

Great location

We had a lovely stay with our family of four. Claude was very helpful during check in and offered several recommendations for dining which were a short walk away. Location is close to metro - would stay here again !

Great location for access to shopping and food stores. Host was excellent and helped with check in. Kitchen was fully equipped. Claude was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location was great, truly in the heart of Paris. Pack light because there are stairs but it did not detract from the experience.

I found out the evening before checkin in that the host had double booked the property and my family and I had to find last minute accommodations in Paris. Poor, poor service.I booked almost 5 months in advance. The property might be nice, we wouldn’t know. Just a word of warning Check and double check to confirm reservations well before your arrival. No offer for help to find another place , just a half hearted apology.

Perfect gem of an apartment. Our family of four (w/ 2 teenage boys) stayed here and it has all the amenities needed. Location was great, close to literally everything! Claude was super sweet and so responsive.

Amazing apartment

Comfortable apartment at Sentier. Bathroom is great, kitchen has everything you need for a long stay, the neighborhood is fantastic if you like local nightlife, and Claude is a fantastic property manager! Will definitely stay here again!

Claude was so awesome. He allowed us to check in before the designated time. He met us at the apartment and reviewed how to use all of the equipment and appliances for us. He made himself available to us for any questions. The apartment itself was excellent. Very clean and had super cold air conditioning. That was a God-send in the 90 degrees of Paris. The apartment is in a very eclectic part of Paris and walkable to Notre Dame and Louvre is very close. The metro station is close by too. The only draw back was there is no elevator. So you had to climb two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Claude helped us when we arrived but we had to carry the bags down upon leaving ourselves. He said the stairs will be renovated in November.

Outstanding Location

We were pleasantly impressed with the flat. It was centrally located for our forays around Paris. The flat itself was warm, quiet and comfortable after our excursions. The host was friendly and very helpful in checking in.

This is my second time staying here. It's big, light, and airy with all the amenities of home. And Claud is a superhero - so attentive to anything you may need.

Claude is the most welcoming and accommodating of hosts! He met us in person at check-in, earlier than planned, too. His apartment is spotless, newly renovated in a charming 18th century building. It's very cool to think that we were climbing the same original, well-trodden 250 year-old solid wood stairs that are from before the French Revolution! The top floor is recommended for those fit enough to climb 4 stories. The location is great: Easy to walk to the major sites nearby, or those further out via Metro. Fun neighborhood with lots of cafés, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Would 100% stay here again!

Fantastic Paris 2ème flat near Marché Montorgueil

We loved this apartment, the vibrancy of the neighborhood and the delightful host, Claude! The place is spacious, comfy and well equipped—it worked perfectly for our stay. Many different metro lines within walking distance and loads of shops, restaurants and the pedestrian Marche steps away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and appreciated the courtesy of Claude who made sure we had everything we needed!

Fantastic location!

Beautifully clean and very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. Easy to get to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and other attractions. Tons of great restaurants, patisseries, wine and cheese shops to choose from very close by. Claude is a gracious host, easily reachable and gave us many valuable suggestions. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Comfortable Stay in a wonderful Neighborhood

This is our second stay in one of the apartments in this building. This apartment is just like the previous one we stayed in, spacious, clean, well-furnished and comfortable, though slightly larger. Claude is a wonderful host, he let us check in a few hours early for our stay. We really enjoyed the neighborhood again and its proximity to restaurants, sites and shops. All in all, a great!

The property was just as advertised. A wonderful location with easy access to the Metro, clean and well maintained property with a nice kitchen with cookware. As expected with an apartment in a busy area of Paris, you could here street noise from the TV/Kitchen room, but the bedroom is behind a wall towards the center of the building so it was very quiet for sleeping. The Internet worked well. Claude was very helpful and always available if needed. We'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice apartment in the center of Paris.

We had the most wonderful stay in Paris at Claude’s apartment with our family of 4. Claude provided us with a warm welcome, ensuring that we had everything we needed for our stay and even allowed us to check in early to help our kids (ages 4&6) rest after a long night of travel. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very quiet at night. The location was perfect - right around the corner from Rue Montorgueil, which was full of restaurants, little grocery shops and some of the best boulangeries in Paris! We were also just a short walk from many of the beautiful sights in Paris - the Louvre, Jardin Tuileries, and several playgrounds for our kids to enjoy. We will absolutely return on future visits and highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris.

Great location, in the heart of Paris

This apartment is in the heart of Paris. You could easily spend a couple of weeks exploring just the 1st and 2nd. And within the block, including right outside the door, you have Boneshaker/donuts, Cookie Love/amazing cookies, Mister Garden/extremely fresh salads made to order, rue de montorgueil/fantastic market street, and the incredible rue du Nil. We stayed for two weeks in September. The apartment is ideally located for an extended stay, steps away from Rue Montorgueil, with numerous restaurants, bakeries, fruit and vegetable markets, and other boutique vendors. Claude is a wonderful host and responded immediately to several small requests we had. The apartment is very modern and updated, with great A/C, a nice kitchen, and fully stocked. Excellent security, as you pass through two self-locking doors to access the apartment on the second floor. There are some slightly rickety stairs, so if someone has mobility problems, this could be an issue. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
