169 Suite W - Elegant Apartment in Paris

Suite W is an 85 m2 apartment designed to offer quality accommodation for 7 people. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator (Out of service during September).

The layout is as follows:
- Large, inviting designer living room with one double sofa bed, TV and dining table
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules
- Cosy master bedroom with double bed, TV and dressing room
- Elegant bedroom 2 with double bed, single bed and dressing room
- 2 modern bathrooms with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- 1 WC in the bathrooms.

Take advantage of the apartment's many amenities:
- Washing machine, Dishwasher, Iron, Large-screen TV, Free Wi-Fi
- Hotplates, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Nespresso machine
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person

In this apartment, you'll find all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

Feel free to ask me any questions you may have, and I'll be delighted to help you throughout your stay. I'm available 7 days a week from 9am to 10.30pm by phone, SMS or e-mail.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Located in the heart of Paris, the apartment is close to the dynamic Montorgueil district, renowned for its lively life, shops and restaurants.

Place de la Bourse: Less than 10 minutes on foot.
Le Marais: Just a 12-minute walk away.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette and many others.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.

- The apartment is non-smoking and has smoke detectors.
- No parties allowed.
- Cot available on request for a supplement of 40€.
- Personal welcome available on request for a supplement of 50€.
- Independent arrivals 24/7.
- Telephone assistance available from 9:00 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week.
- This apartment is not suitable for P.R.M. (people with reduced mobility).
