All four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged on one level for effortless comfort. You’ll enjoy three king-size beds with luxurious 35 cm hotel-quality mattresses, plus one cozy 140 cm bedroom. One king can be converted into two singles upon request. A large queen-size sofa bed in the living room provides additional flexibility. Each room features blackout curtains, double-glazed windows for peaceful nights, Smart TV (Netflix ready), a dedicated workspace, and custom wardrobes. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with high-speed fiber WiFi throughout.

Guest Access:
We would like to kindly inform you that, due to the layout and architectural design of the apartment, it is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PRM).
However, once inside, you will have full and private access to the entire apartment, allowing you to enjoy all of its spaces and amenities comfortably during your stay.

Stroll to the Centre Pompidou or the Bourse de Commerce in just 10–12 minutes, reach Place des Vosges and the Picasso Museum within 15 minutes, and enjoy the charm of the Marais at your doorstep. Metro stations are just moments away (Jacques Bonsergent 1 min, République 5 mins), giving you quick access to the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, and beyond. My Showroom apartment has 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom has a shower, double washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a bathtub and washbasin.
