Only 10 km from Reims, in the charming village of Pargny lès Reims, Jean-Paul and his wife Sophie will have the pleasure to welcome you in their recently renovated cottage. You will find comfort just minutes from Scenic Routes champagne and GR142. The owners will surely lead you to the most beautiful hiking trails and tourist activity nearby!
Technical description
Cottage 4 people located in the center of Pargny lès Reims. Located on the first floor of the structure, it consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge ...), a dining area, a lounge area with 2 armchairs and a 3 seater sofa (that can serve as extra bed), flat screen TV. The bathroom has a power shower, a heated towel rail, a washbasin. private toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer .. Two rooms respectively of a bed 160 * 200 and a trundle bed 80 * 190 will enhance your stay. A private courtyard is equipped with garden furniture to enjoy outside on sunny days.

Overnight stay at Pargny-les-Reims

A clean and well-appointed flat which served us well for an overnight stay. We had everything we needed and liked the space in the seating area and a nice shower. Lovely quiet location and easy to find.

Modern apartment

We had a comfortable night in this modern apartment. It was in a quiet village surrounded by vineyards, and close to the main roads which was useful for our stopover. It had everything we needed except a plug for the kitchen sink (!) and on the whole was very comfortable. The kitchen is very small and was fine for our needs, but might not be so ideal for a longer stay. Very comfortable beds and a nice sitting area to relax in. We didn't hear from the owner but when I sent a message the morning of our arrival date I received a reply directly and the keysafe was easy to find. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Poor communication and not very clean

I would not recommend staying here. The host left no instructions on how to access property and didn't respond to messages. We only managed to access property as a local directed us to where to find the host but even then there was no one there and it was person next door who was in their garden who knew the code to the key safe. The property was smelt of smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. We had to clean down kitchen surfaces as they were not particularly clean. Instructions including wifi access were in a drawer and took us a while to find. The patio shown in pictures is just a back yard/car port and if i was staying for longer would feel a bit cheated by the pictures. Overall very disappointing for the price charged for 1 night. I would avoid.

Séjour agréable. Ce logement n'est toutefois pas adapté à l'entière sécurité des enfants à cause des escaliers et la literie peut gagner en qualité. Le reste était très bien. Et interlocuteur est arrangeant. Merci !

Malgré un temps pas terrible, nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur les coteaux champenois. Le gîte est moderne et bien agencé, l’endroit est calme et reposant. Gastronomie et Champagne sont à la hauteur de leur réputation. À recommander

Appartement in de Champagne

Mooi ingericht, ruim en goed geoutilleerd appartement op de eerste verdieping van een groot huis in een klein dorpje in de Champagne. Eigen terras met schaduw in de ochtend en de namiddag/ avond. Woning is door rolluiken en dubbel glas redelijk koel te houden bij warm weer. Dorpje midden tussen de wijngaarden, gunstig gelegen voor tochtjes in de omgeving en en door de bossen.

Not realiable

I cannot give a review about this Appartement, because the landlord gave the rented flat to someone else and put us into a smaller adjecant appartment. The onwer wasn´t present when we arrived, so we tried to check in our self using the provided Information via the key box, but there was no key! After several tries we managed to reach the landlord on the phone and he explained us that our rented appartment was given to someone else and we were supposed to use the other appartment. The exchchage apppartement had only one bedroom (we were 4 People) and a smaller kitchen (no dishwasher). We acccepted this, because it was already late afternoon and we had a Long day of travel behind us. The landlord offered us only 20 EURO for this which wouldn´t even cover the rent difference for the two appartments. After we declined that he never answerd any communication. My advice: stay away

Mooi appartement

We zijn drie nachten in het appartement geweest. Heerlijke fietsen kunnen huren en gebruiken. De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding was dik in orde. Goede wifi en mooie omgeving. Dicht bij Reims gelegen.

Wir waren als Familie zu viert in dieser gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in nächster Nähe zu Reims. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen der Ausstattung. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Champagne. L'appartement est agréable, bien aménagé. Il se situe dans un petit village très calme et bien situé pour partir à la découverte des villes ou pour se balader dans les vignes et les bois.

Belle adresse d'un gîte sympa

Le gîte est très bien situé dans la Montagne de Reims et à 10 km de Reims, dans un petit village de caractère et très calme Gîte spacieux avec de belles prestations, bien équipé et très propre; literie très confortable ! Aucun problème pour garer une ou deux voitures à proximité Le propriétaire, Jean-Paul est un type très sympa qui vous met tout de suite à l'aise et qui, si vous lui demandez vous donne volontiers de bonnes adresses de producteurs de champagne ! C'est une adresse que je recommanderais vivement ! Guy

Confortable cottage retreat located in beautiful Reims countryside - Perfect cycling base

This comfortable cottage apartment is located in a small village about 15 minutes from Reims centre. The highlight for us was the warmth and helpfulness of our host, Jean-Paul. His electric bikes were a fabulous way to experience the beautiful countryside.

Lovely clean well equipped apartment in heart of champagne area

Perfect for a stop over en route through France from UK .. or as a base to explore the champagne region. Lovely converted cottage / farm building .. very well set out and kitted out. Only slightly alarming element is lack of contact from owner re arrival arrangments - I think they were on holiday.. and so we arrived to a disgruntled previous resident who said he was being asked to leave early so we could stay the night because we had paid more !! - we booked though the HomeAway site just for one night and with 3 tired children in tow we weren't changing ! Tried to call the owner to find out what was going on and was it ok to stay .. and couldn't get hold of him so we just took the key from this bloke and stayed - it had obviously been cleaned and ready for our arrival but it was a strange welcome! But aside from that it was great and so much more flexible with kids than a hotel room.

We loved our stay in this lovely little apartment.

Our main worry before we arrived was how to gain access to the property but the day before we travelled we received an email explaining everything and from the minute we arrived everything was lovely. My partner is 6ft 5in so had a little issue with the ceiling height in the main bedroom....to be honest tho we both bumped our heads but it was manageable. Lovely location and very quiet. Would recommend to anyone
