The room was very clean, fully equipped, and in a good position to reach the city center by walking. We got two main issues: 1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. After a long chasing and trials, we got the codes to access the apartment. 2: air conditioning not working in the apartment. We couldn't sleep the full night, as it was 30 degrees and high umidity outside. Nobody to reach out to fix the issue (until the day after). Both problems managed way below the acceptability threshold.

Receptionist name: Angeli Talked with attitude - Aug 17 at 10:05pm We asked about shower gel, coffee, coffee cups and coffee cream She talked with attitude. It’s inconvenient us to come ask what’s missing in our room. It should be refilled automatically. The answer she gave us: clients have to request the refills of what is needed. Brought us paper cup for cold water. We need the ones for coffee (hot water). When we told her that this is the wrong type of cups, she talked with attitude (another gentleman & colleague was nearby (the other receptionist) so we are 100% sure that he heard our whole conversation). This colleague can be the witness of our conversation. Angeli definitely needs some learning and training on how to talk without attitude to clients and without rude moves from her hands & arms.
