Villa Mesogeios is located in central Protaras within walking distance to golden sandy beaches such as fig tree bay and sunrise beach, and also to Protaras Main Strip, where you will find an abundance of restaurants, cafeterias, pubs and bars. All this is just a mere 8-10 minute walk

The interior of Villa Mesogeios is a spacious open plan compromising of living room and kitchen, with patio door leading to the pool area (heated pool: Additional charges apply)

The is also access to the pool area from the kitchen door. There is a two and three seater sofa to watch tv and there is also a dining table which comfortably sits six persons. To the side of the living area, you will find the guest wc.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the facilities and items you require to prepare your family meals.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, all of which are with double beds. The two rooms share a family bathroom. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower enclosure.

Think twice...

This unit should NOT be rented in the winter! The daily charge of 80 for heating the pool is almost as much as the daily rent. The house has radiators, but they weren’t working so we had to rely on the AC units in heat mode. Only four of the five AC units worked and it took three days of them running 24 hours a day to get the temperature to 20 C. As the house warmed up the condensation in the bathrooms caused the water to run down the walls. The mold also began to sprout in the heat. This caused even more paint to bubble and fall off the walls. The floors were not clean at all. Walking across the dining room floor turned your socks black in a hurry. Beyond those highlights, the house is well past it’s prime and in desperately in need of maintainence. It was a challenge to open and close all of the exterior doors. When we arrived the hurricane shutters were closed, and it took a significant amount of work to get them open. Most of them would not latch into place once opened. The windows underneath the shutters were very dirty. Thankfully there weren’t many people around the winter, because that layer of dirt was the closest thing there is to window covering/blinds/drapery. Since it gets dark early, anyone can see into the house while the lights are on.The bed mattresses and pillows are well aged. That’s a great thing in wine, not so great in bedding. The whole house smelled of damp. It was a very disappointing experience.

Great villa and location

Perfect location just 10 mins walk to the strip but even closer to a couple of great, small beaches with crystal clear waters. Very homely villa with everything you could need to make for the perfect holiday. Would definitely recommend.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen Villa sehr genossen. Sie ist in der Nähe des Meeres und man kann viel unternehmen. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr ruhig. Victoria hat uns schnell jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Vielen Dank.

Close to beach, very quiet

A very good villa with plenty of space inside and out. Follow footpath between villas and you are only 150 yards from beach. Positioned in a Culdesac the only vehicles you hear is the pool cleaner. If you want a meal and a couples night out, protaras strip is 10 mins walk, by road or by coastal footpath. Our taxi driver was brilliant. Met us at the airport and then looked after our luggage on the way back, as we had a 22.50 flight and had to vacate villa at 11am. Plenty of beach towels, so do not pack. Download Wolt app and get shopping/take aways delivered within the hour from the comfort of your pool. Brilliant place, will rebook defo.

Time to relax.

Beautiful property with everything you need, short walk to small sandy beach. The villa has a beautiful pool which is kept beautifully clean by the pool guy, and the villa had a total clean after our 1st week which was lovely. Plenty of areas around the pool for relaxing and soaking up the sun or sitting in a shady spot for a quiet read. The kitchen has fridge/freezer dishwasher, oven and gas hob and a washing machine. As for the beds, they were so comfy, great to get in to but hard to get out of. Just a very enjoyable holiday in an exceptional villa close amenities.

Fantastic villa

Just back from two weeks in this great villa, we’ve always stayed in villas in many countries and have to say this was our favourite. Beautiful location, easily walkable either along the beach front or via the road to the hustle and bustle of Protaras. Five mins walk to the cove where you can swim with turtles. No need for a car at all, Victoria the Villa manager told us to use the Wolt app to order shopping and takeaways which was fantastic. Villa is clean with a lovely pool, loads of sun loungers, bbq, and outside eating areas. We will definitely be returning thank you for an amazing holiday.

Returning clients

Second stay at this property, thought of alternative villas but again Had a fantastic trouble free stay. We will look to re-book again for next year, but this time may be for two weeks. Everything you need is in the property. Pool cleaned mid week, Villa very clean. The centre is a short stroll away for bars and night life. Lidle few minutes away in the car. Aya Napa 10 mins away, car or bus. A visit to Famagusta a wort while trip with Mr John. Boat trip good value.
