The patio pool terrace is spacious, with an 8x4m pool and surrounded by sunloungers boasting distant sea views of the Mediterranean. Enjoy an evening under the stars amongst your family as you enjoy a glass of local wine, delicious dishes and plan tomorrow's adventures.
Inside, an open-plan living and dining room features contemporary-style furnishings and cool air conditioning. This L-shaped room opens up into the modern grey kitchen, ideal for cooking up a delicious meal of homemade moussaka and grilled halloumi. Upstairs, this 4-bedroom property features two double rooms and two twin rooms, all sharing a family bathroom. Two bedrooms even benefit from their own balcony. Whilst this villa only has one bathroom, it’s designed in a way so that two people can use this facility at the same time. Theres a curtain over the shower, and a door that also separates the bath area.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 60cm wide. Overall the terrace is spacious, tiled and flat. There are 2 steps to access the pool area via the back door, however access via the patio doors doesn't require step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor where the bedroom door (first on the right) is 79cm wide. The door to the shower is 90cm wide, but access to the bath via the door is 55cm wide.
