Protaras Holiday Villa Michelle is a beautiful property with large 4x8m overflow pool, conveniently located in one of the best areas of Pernera just a few minutes walk to the beach and all amenities. Even though very central the villa is situated in a quiet area in a small development of just 12 houses.



Within 3 minutes' walk from the villa you will find a number of local and international restaurants, bars and cafes, supermarket, water-park and shops



The ground floor features a open plan living room with flat screen satellite TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen and guest WC. The whole ground floor opens up to a covered veranda and the pool area which is nicely secluded and offers a pool safety fence for ease of mind if you have young children.



On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, bedroom TV and an en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and a baby crib, a third bedroom with two single beds and the family bathroom.



Villa Michelle is fully air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi internet, Satellite TV and central heating.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
