Protaras Views With Large Plot

Protaras Views Holiday Villa PRAM1 ideal for relaxation, is a stand alone villa located very near the centre of Protaras yet away-from-it-all. The villa is situated in a large plot of about 2000sq.m.and complete with a very large overflow pool and mature garden.

The Ground floor offers an open plan living room, kitchen and dinning area that opens up to the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and the living room with a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV and satellite offering both English and Russian speaking channels.

On the the ground floor ther is also 2 double bedrooms one of which is en-suite as well as a second shower room to service both the second bedroom as well as the guests.

The top floor features 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a small kitchenette. The master bedroom is en-suite with a large double bed, two more rooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.

The house is fully air-conditioned, offers free high speed Wi-Fi internet and all bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. For the winter period there is also Central heating that is offered at an additional charge.

The main attraction of the house is the outside area that features a very large private pool and fully grown garden with various citrus trees as well as parking for 2 cars, BBQ, traditinal cypriot clay oven and even a basketball rim.

Other than the ocasional car passing by there are no sounds to disturb the peace and the views of Protaras and Profitis elias church especially at night are amazing.

Over all Protaras Views is ideal for a relaxing holiday either with the extended family or for group of friends.
Protaras Views Holiday Villa PRAM1 is located in a quiet, very much sought after area just 5 minutes' drive or bicycle ride to the centre of Protaras and the best beaches in the area.

Protaras, a more family oriented resort for children of all ages features the best beaches of Cyprus, all with crystal clear water and white sand, the most famous of which are Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach. All the main beaches have a water-sports centre where you can enjoy water-ski, scupa diving, flyfish, windsurfing, SUP, sailing, deep sea fishing and just about every watersport you want.

Visit the medieval monastery dedicated to Our Lady of the Forests, surrounded by a high stone wall. Its 16th century church is partially underground, cut into the rock. An ancient sycamore tree, believed to be over 600 years old grows in front of the south gate, its beauty praised by the Greek Nobel laureate, George Seferis, in his poetry.

At Agia Napa take in the island’s culture with a visit to the Thalassa museum, created around a sea theme and with its life size replica of an ancient sailing ship found sunk off the island’s north coast.

Fab stay wish it was for longer

Spent 10 days with my family returned last night. A couple of issues that need review. Pool wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. House keeping wasn’t great floors dirty and dust/hair under the beds. Towels only changed once and pool towels not at allWater not hot enough for 12 quick showers and told on arrival that over a certain use of electric usage you are charged. We hired cars but only 20min quick walk to the beach We had a blast and loved every minute. In the villa
