This lovely 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located just a minutes drive from central Protaras and the beach. Situated in the popular hillside area of St. Elias, the villa is a great choice for a relaxing stay in scenic surroundings and all the resort amenities are within easy reach.

Downstairs, the villa features a large open plan living area with comfy sofas and a dining table with seating for 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The villa also has full air-conditioning, Free WIFI and satellite Tv. There is also a double bedroom and a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. A further 2 camp beds can be provided to sleep another 2 persons.

The outside area of the villa is also spacious with attractive landscaping and palm trees. The pool area has ample room for sunbathing and relaxing during the day with sun-loungers and outdoor furniture provided.

A 3 bedroom villa is also available for rent within the same complex, providing a good option for 2 families who wish to stay close to each other.

The villas are located just a minutes drive away from the main Protaras strip. Far enough away to avoid the noise at night but be close enough to walk with a 10 minute stroll. The area surrounding the villas is very green and you can also enjoying beautiful views of Agios Elias church all lit up in the evening.
